Add Additional Lease Pipeline (Split Landlord and Tenant)
Current opportunity shows <Listings> / <Buyers> / <Leases>. The third classification requires further selection of <Tenant> or <Landlord>. That is non-intuitive and confusing if <Landlord> is needed. Changing the main classification for leases to parallel that for sales elminates the problem.

As a commercial agent I do a lot of tenant & landlord representation. It creates extra work to have to filter between tenants and landlords with the dropdown inside the "Leasing" section. Instead of having the Listings, Buyers, and Leases module on the main opportunity screen it would be much more efficient for me to have "Listings", "Buyers", "Landlords", and "Tenants" all split out.
