More Lead Source names instead of just one to have a "Referral Tree" & hyperlink to those other clients in Command -
I currently use Contactually and want to move over, but the connections section in Contactually is vital - ie. all the others in the database that know each other go there, and all the referrals, family members, friends, and all hyperlinked. It is identified so better convo when calling them, you can remember their source and relationships.
