Set Team Goals and Individual Goals
Currently, I have set our Team's yearly production goal under our rainmaker's account while logged under the team account. Initially I thought this was setting the goal for the whole team under the team account. I had an individual agent on the team add in their annual goal in their Command account on the team side. Since doing so, when looking at goals for "All Team Members" it now has the combination of the Team/Rainmaker Goal, plus the individual agent. Ex: 65 Transactions (Team) + 16 (Individual) = 81 Transactions (All Team Members, not correct)
There should be a way for the Rainmaker to set a team goal that is not influenced/added to by the individual team member's goals. We want all of the agent tracking and activity to be combined under this singular team goal as well.
