Smartplans-add option to add or delete contacts from an active smartplan
Once the smartplan is created and has been activated, you can't edit who receives the next touch. This option would give the flexibility to avoid having the agent receiving emails that they no longer need to receive, like for example, I created a smartplan for all upcoming expiring licenses and there are agents who have already renewed their licenses so this would help to avoid filling their inbox with unnecessary emails.
