Email metrics for SmartPlans
This is helpful because agents will get a notification when the client/prospect opens the email and can call them immediately. This also allows us to know if they are viewing the emails and it's a good reminder for agents. Flexmls has this option when you subscribe clients to listings search. Each time they open an email, agents get an email notification.
