Smartplans For Teams

The ability for team leaders, admin, or anyone else shared to a contact to create a smart plan and assign it to a team member or the team member already assigned to the lead. This would allow text messages and tasks to go to the assigned team member. Currently if the team leader assigns a smart plan the texts come from them and tasks are assigned to them. Tasks should be assigned to the assigned team member and texts should come from the assigned team member.

    Assign tasks to other people on your team. We would like to be able to assign a task to an admin or another agent on the team. The same with a smart plan. Different tasks are assigned to different people on the team. The member also need to be notified about the text. Either via email or text.
