Do Not Require Commission Rate at Opportunity Creation
When I'm starting an opportunity, don't make the commission rate required. On listings, the value hasn't been established, and with buyers we don't have a budget yet.

We have agents in our office who completely skip the use of the "Cultivate" phase of the sales pipeline because at this phase, no documents have been signed and agents won't know what the commission rate will be until representation agreements have been signed by their clients. This could be resolved if the Commission rate wasn't required at the time that the opportunity is created.
