Allow Multiple Assignees for Contacts
We can't assign multiple agents to the same contact. This is a problem for teams who have buyers agents and listing agents who have clients that selling and buying. If the contact is assigned to the listing agent and the buyers agent is a collaborator, the buyers agent can create an opportunity for the contact but they are not assigned the opportunity therefore they cannot see that the opportunity exists or access it unless the rainmaker or assignee assigns them to opportunity

I can see how this could be critical, but I know that the reason we can only assign a contact to one person is because of SmartPlans and that the pre-built SmartPlans are currently set up to go out from the assignee. An example would be the neighborhood nurtures. If you have multiple assignees to the contact, you would need to designate a "Primary" assignee who would be that default for the SmartPlans to come from.
