I agree with Jeffrey, we shouldn't have to vote to get this to work. Just add a delete function for legacy tags.

It is very frustrating to have the Legacy tags in the way of conducting business. If there is no info on these legacy tags or if they have been deleted to be put into Legacy status, they should be removed from the system. I don't understand why this has to be a big issue to have a vote before it can be implemented. DuH-lete!!

Agents to have the ability to delete Legacy Tags from Command completely. Or Command to automatically delete all legacy tags so that only the new tags are showing.
