Select Multiple Contacts with Shift Key
Before this sometimes worked, now it doesn't even work. If I have to select a group of contacts, it is easier with Shift Click, it is something basic that any CRM should have.

Came to add this same idea. Currently cleaning up our database of 17K+, which is only feasible when going through a list of 500 at a time. If I want to select half of those 500, my only options are to manually click 250 check boxes, or to change to only viewing 50 at a time and then scrolling 100 pages over to get where I need to be. It is extremely tedious, the navigation does not do well with any relatively large sets of data.
