Increase File Size Limit for Videos in Paid Ads
There is a 90MB file size limit for video in a Facebook ad in the new paid ads experience. This eliminates most videos without dropping the resolution and bitrate. If you run an ad directly through Facebook there is a 4GB limit. That's 16 times more video if you run it directly through Facebook.
