Allow Minute/Hour Delays between SmartPlan Steps
I would like to suggest adding the ability to set minute and hour delays between steps in SmartPlans. This feature would greatly enhance my marketing outreach by allowing me to send a series of texts with specific delays between each. For example, I could send an initial text upon adding a lead to a SmartPlan, then delay 5 minutes to send a second text, and delay another 3 minutes to send a third text, and so on. Additionally, it would be beneficial to combine these minute/hour delays with the existing time-of-day settings; a good example: enabling a sequence of texts to be sent in the morning with precise intervals between each.

Currently i'm extremely limited on creating a smart plan for an initial outreach plan. It would be beneficial if I could create a time delay for single days. Example: Day 1 > Call contact (no answer) > wait 1 minute, send text message (no answer) > wait 1 hour, call contact (no answer) > Wait 3 hours, call contact (no answer) etc.
