Parties to Transaction - make address & company nickname optional fields
Under "parties to transaction", when creating a new party, it requires company nickname & address. Make this an optional field. This info is not on a contract. Because the fields are required, you can't create the new party & have to record it in notes instead.

Yes! I am trying to update contacts and it keeps making me pick their company. Example, my client was retired. He has no company anyways!
