Here are some issues that need to be resolved / addressed
1) We should be able to just pull up and address - there is no need to sync this always come about with errors - why does listing agent have to claim? it should auto sync? Cause of delay in making "greensheets" and commissions when I have to wait for listing agent to claim in their emails
2) messages for TC should go to me not the agent - so that we can upload files in a timely manner - the forward emails is a band aid not a straight fix in other words TCs should have their own account to link to agents
The agents are getting bothered with codes - again which is a cause of delay
3) TC needs access to be a TC -- Brandon Beers agent for example does not like sharing password and data etc
4) When you need to have a dual opportunity - it should just have a button that automatically replicate the opportunity w/o having to manually make it - it is a repetition and time consuming
