Upload Documents into Contacts
I would love the ability to upload PDFs into a contact. Buyer Agreements and Referral agreements could be held here.
On the side with all the tabs, just have one that says "Uploads" or "Documents"

Having the ability to upload documents to a contact would be so helpful. There are documents I want to have access to before an opportunity is needed...lead sheets, "getting to know you" type sheets, CMAs, screen shots from text messages, etc. Am currently having to store these in a folder on computer or in an email folder. It's not seamless and it becomes difficult to reference these documents at a quick glance when having to search outside of Command Contacts.

Upload documents would be helpful, like CMAs that were done, instead of creating an opportunity, knowing that it will not be turning into an opportunity right away, but possibly for the future. This way, the agents have quick access to see. I agree that buy agreements are not always associated with an opportunity and that some opportunities are lost but the documents are still relevant to the client.

I'm not talking about the paperwork that can be associated with an opportunity as Amy Casanova did I'm talking about a county record that we received by email that would be nice to attach to the client of the property as it is not available without going to their county and requesting that information each time you would need it.
