Offer with a Referral Issue
I received a referral check for a deal I referred out. Command still wants me to complete the offer section with the same info as if I listed/sold the property myself to be able to get to the commission tab. Since I did not work with the clients I did not have the details of the financing or the other party. Also, since I referred the client to another KW agent I had to create a new listing in the KWLS because the one that was already in there was linked to the opportunity of the agent that lead the transaction.
