WHen working with a married couple, have some contact information automatically fill in on the spouse's contact
When creating a spouse of a contact, have the address information automatically sync to the spouse's form, Include them on all smart plans the other is on (with the ability to opt out in case they're breaking up or something), and also sync lead info. It is time consuming to manage all of this twice.
