Our MLS (STELLAR) offers property fit that is a simple process of asking them questions about what they want like a consultation and then from that when listings that we send go out or they search for any listings on our One Home MLS site it shows their property fit score as a percentage of fit to what they answered. I think this would be a nice value add and similar to what we had discussed in the past as Home DNA. The more our clients can customize their experience the more likely they are to use our experiences on our sites.
