Hi Command Support Team,
We’re reaching out with a question regarding a Smart Plan we recently created for our database.
The Smart Plan is a 12-month email series designed to send a monthly home maintenance checklist, with one email scheduled per month. We’d like to know if there is a way for contacts to enter the Smart Plan based on the current month they’re added.
For example, if a contact is added in February, is it possible for them to skip the January email and automatically begin with the February message (the second step of the plan), rather than starting at the beginning?
Our goal is to ensure new contacts receive the most relevant checklist immediately.
