neighborhood
I’ve reviewed several suggestions on how to keep neighborhoods updated in Command. My suggestion would be to allow an agent to easily add, or request the addition of, a neighborhood when they discover it’s missing. Having accurate neighborhood data is essential, as it enables us to assign contacts to the neighborhood nurture correctly.
