Add a function to allow transferring contacts of a profile over to another.
Right now Command only allows Contacts to be trasferred from a personal profile to a team, then from the team profile to a personal profile. There should also be an option to transfer contacts from one personal profile to another personal profile within the team.

This is very critical when we are talking about thousands of contacts being transferred from one profile to another. This shouild also include everything including smart plans, notes, opportunities etc
