"Sync Transaction" button available under Documents Tab in Opportunities
To save some time and clicks, the "Sync Transaction" button should be available also under the Documents tab in Opportunities. It can still be in its original spot, but add this option as well just to make it more convenient for agents.

Porch but with REAL QUOTES
We use to have Porch Repair Estimate Generator within every command opportunity. The problem with the estimate, we weren’t connected with someone that would actually make the repair for the price provided.
There’s an app that you can send handyman and really any repair job out to and real professionals will give a quote. Once job approved by person who requested the job, communications will open up. It’s free for the party needing repairs. The contractor pays for credit for the leads. And, contractor is only charged credit when job accepted.

Remove either Command settings client update feature OR specific opportunity client update as one can override the other
One can override the other and makes it confusing so just leave one

Add Totals to All Opportunities
There should be totals for Units, Volume, and Commission in All Opportunities.
When agents use Filters and create Smart Views, they are often expecting to see totals for those fields at the bottom of the list to get a sense of where their production is at YTD, last year, or what's Active or Under Contract, etc.
Agents have not been able to gain the insights they want in the Reports applet.

Having an email address within each opportunity
Having an email address for each opportunity, so when I receive documents from the other side of a deal I can forward them to Command and NOT need to download documents before putting them into the Opportunity. Other platforms (SkySlope is an example) have had this feature for years.

Export Opportunities into .CSV File
Agents should have the option to 'Export' a list of their Opportunities into a .csv file. The file would include all dates, property address, client names & other details in separate columns.

Enhance Efficiency with Bulk SmartPlan Assignment in KW Command
It would be incredibly useful to have a feature that allows users to bulk assign SmartPlans to opportunities based on their opportunity stage. This would streamline follow-ups, automate client communication, and ensure consistent outreach without the need for manual entry. Bulk Editing Capabilities: Allow users to select multiple opportunities at once and apply or modify SmartPlans.

Limit team member access to ensure they cannot alter the opportunity pipeline stages or checklists.
At the moment, team members regardless of permission level can make edits to team stages and checklists. This access should be limited to certain permission levels.

Multiple Offer input ability to reorder
In the Opportunites section Offer Timeline: I would love the ability to reorganize them into Highest or best offer t top and not by time in.
Also add AGENT COMMISSION amount as a field of input.
Provide a calculation of the offer amount minus the buyer commission

Compliance
For audit reasons, Compliance Teams need access to search Opportunities by address. However in the case where a Buyer has submitted multiple offers, then have cancelled and released those contracts, the Compliance team currently has no way to find previous addresses as Opportunity Name generally has the current address associated with that Opportunity. However, if when searching the Search parameters could also include the Timeline within the Opportunity, Compliance would see "previous" addresses. Please make the Timeline one of the fields the Search scours.

Highlight non-compliant files in "All opportunities" view
When looking at the "All Opportunities" view it would be helpful if non-compliant opportunities could be highlighted so we can quickly and easily see which files need attention.

Feed MLS to opportunities
If we could connect our MLS listings to the command opportunity hub it would save the listing agent time and give the office a better understanding of what the agent has listed

Auto-generate listing presentation, marketing analysis, schedule follow ups, etc
Auto-generate with AI. Create workflows in the pipeline that auto generate everything from listing presentation, CMA & marketing strategy in each stage of a client's lifeline. In scheduling would be able to click a button to generate a listing presentation (editable), once scheduled it would send an appointment reminder to the client morning of appointment, along with all necessary listing presentation docs like CMA, listing presentation accessories pulled from the details and contact page. Would be really cool if in the app we could just ask KWIQ prompts to generate these and email them directly to us or client.

Designs with AI integrated in Opportunities
Would love in the marketing tab to pull all designs and templates created. Listing presentations autofilling from details page but also editable in templates. This would speed up listing presentation prep and in general all design prep for all designs going forward.
