  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.

  1. Please add the option to enter a contract date in the Opportunity Key Dates section without requiring an offer to be created first. I rely on the contract date to trigger tasks, and previously I was able to enter it manually. Now, the contract date only populates after an offer has been created and marked as accepted in the Offers tab, which limits workflow flexibility.

  2. When working with a Listing Opportunity, there is a place for adding the listing expiration date to the Key Dates, but now, especially with Buyer Representation agreements required nationwide, we need a place to add the Representation Expiration date in the key dates to prompt agents to extend the representation if desired by the client.

  3. Following our recent investigation into the KW Opportunity API, we have identified several key fields available in the user interface (UI) that are currently missing from the API's HTTP response.

    To ensure data parity between the KW platform and our integration, we would like to formally request the addition of the following fields to the Opportunity object response:

    Requested Fields:
    • Close Date (not Estimated Close Date)
    • Contract Date
    • Contract Price
    • Estimated Commission Rate
    • Estimated Commission Amount
    • Description

  4. does the close date mean I have closed or is this an estimate. I don't want to add a close date because this is just an offer. the close date hasn't been agreed upon yet. I want to enter the offer so I can track the negotiation process.

  5. Estimated Commission Amount should update when a contract price is entered in the Contract Price field of the Financial information of an Opportunity. Right now it is only synced to Budget, which is fine for when they are searching, but not useful once the client is UAG. Thank you.

  6. Currently, when dragging an opportunity to pipeline stages that are not visible on screen, the columns do not automatically shift to bring additional stages into view. It would greatly improve usability if the system could detect when a user is dragging an opportunity toward the edge of the visible pipeline and automatically scroll to reveal additional columns, allowing for a smoother drag-and-drop experience.

  7. When you need to have a dual opportunity - it should just have a button that automatically replicate the opportunity w/o having to manually make it - it is a repetition and time-consuming

  8. Retainer Management (KW Command) – Internal Tracking & Controls (for 7.B. Retainer) to the TXR 1501

    To ensure Paragraph 7.B is consistently administered and auditable, the Licensed Sales Associate will track the retainer inside Command by assigning the retainer requirement directly to the Buyer’s contact record at the time the TXR-1501 is executed. The contact record will include standardized custom fields (or a checklist) for: Retainer Amount Due, Due Date, Payment Status (Unpaid / Partial / Paid / Waived), Date Received, Method (check/ACH/card), Receipt/Transaction Reference, and Notes.   9. Have the task list go directly to the next unchecked task. TCs are opening the task list within opportunities and having to scroll all the way down to where their next task it. Either compress the accordion view on all sections are autoscroll to the first undone task.

  10. It would be beneficial for the Offers & Commissions tab page to have the Select KWLS Listing merged together or eliminate these requirements when trying to submit the commission tab, opposed to the second page opening and having to go change the filter to All Listings while searching for the property. Many agents find the additional steps on the landlord/listing side frustrating, and there have been numerous occasions where it continues not work.

  12. Currently, the estimated commission is based on the listing price, and a %, if that has been entered. The estimated listing price should automatically update based on the commission % and the actual contract price when that is entered in Command.

  13. Many agents don't keep a proper Profit and Loss Statement. It would be great if an opportunity had a place for a very basic P&L or expense sheet. How much was spent on photography, marketing, tc, etc.

I am a new agent and I am still getting familiar with all of the entries, can you create either a help prompt that explains the entries, so I can navigae better. or provide a slick sheet that is accessible within command that breaks down the description for each prompt. For instance define "Agreement won" under the "Key Dates". Does Agreement won refer to the representation agreement or are you referring to an actual sales/buyer agreement?

  17. In Offers & Commissions, in the Terms & Dates section, it asks for the Sale Price and then it asks for Cash amount. I have to use my phone to calculate based on the % entered on the purchase contract. I'd like to simply enter the % and have it auto-calculate the Cash amount based on the Sale Price.

    Conversely, it requests Earnest Percentage (which we don't use). If I enter the Earnest Amount, it will then calculate the Earnest Percentage automatically, which is what I want the Cash field to do!

  19. The new contingencies feature becomes non-accessible once the Commission Tab is pulled in by the MC. This results in agents receiving contingency emails, even for an opportunity that has closed with a closed commission status.
