How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. Previously, agents could view an agent’s cap status when adding them to a commission request. This functionality is no longer available. Team Rainmakers would like access to their team members’ cap status restored in order to accurately project income and expenses, acknowledge capping achievements, and celebrate important milestones.

  3. When creating tasks under stages in Opportunities- We should have the ability to assign the person who create the opportunity as the selected signee instead of having to manually assign the tasks as they come up.

  4. For audit reasons, Compliance Teams need access to search Opportunities by address. However in the case where a Buyer has submitted multiple offers, then have cancelled and released those contracts, the Compliance team currently has no way to find previous addresses as Opportunity Name generally has the current address associated with that Opportunity. However, if when searching the Search parameters could also include the Timeline within the Opportunity, Compliance would see "previous" addresses. Please make the Timeline one of the fields the Search scours.

  5. In the new All Opportunities tab, we lost the ability to filter Opps for agents that left the team. It would be essential to have a filter that would display those Opportunities as well as the assigned agents who left the team.

  6. At the moment, team members regardless of permission level can make edits to team stages and checklists. This access should be limited to certain permission levels.

  7. Hello! We are a growing team and we have run into the issue of our DOO not being able to see all of the Team's opportunities; only the rainmaker can. The only way for them to see the opportunities is if they are assigned to him which seems a bit of a hassle. We don't want to add him as another Rainmaker in Command Teams as that would mess up our reporting.

    So, can we have a function where the team DOO or admin has the ability to see all of the team's opportunities? Or, throw this permission into the…

  8. As an agent, I'd like to access my historical opportunities. I've had occasion where my customer needs a document that is in DocuSign and Opportunities.

  9. It would be great to have the capability as tasks are completed that the system can automatically send out custom emails that will alert you and allow you to edit them before sending.

  11. To save some time and clicks, the "Sync Transaction" button should be available also under the Documents tab in Opportunities. It can still be in its original spot, but add this option as well just to make it more convenient for agents.

  14. Agents should have the option to 'Export' a list of their Opportunities into a .csv file. The file would include all dates, property address, client names & other details in separate columns.

  15. Porch but with REAL QUOTES

    We use to have Porch Repair Estimate Generator within every command opportunity. The problem with the estimate, we weren’t connected with someone that would actually make the repair for the price provided.

    There’s an app that you can send handyman and really any repair job out to and real professionals will give a quote. Once job approved by person who requested the job, communications will open up. It’s free for the party needing repairs. The contractor pays for credit for the leads. And, contractor is only charged credit when job accepted.

  17. There should be totals for Units, Volume, and Commission in All Opportunities.

    When agents use Filters and create Smart Views, they are often expecting to see totals for those fields at the bottom of the list to get a sense of where their production is at YTD, last year, or what's Active or Under Contract, etc.

    Agents have not been able to gain the insights they want in the Reports applet.

  18. Having an email address for each opportunity, so when I receive documents from the other side of a deal I can forward them to Command and NOT need to download documents before putting them into the Opportunity. Other platforms (SkySlope is an example) have had this feature for years.

  20. It would be incredibly useful to have a feature that allows users to bulk assign SmartPlans to opportunities based on their opportunity stage. This would streamline follow-ups, automate client communication, and ensure consistent outreach without the need for manual entry. Bulk Editing Capabilities: Allow users to select multiple opportunities at once and apply or modify SmartPlans.
