Show KWRI Expenses in Command (MAPS, Events, Trainings, Marketplace)
I would like a portal for the agent to see all of their KWRI expenses - MAPS/EVENTS/TRAINING/MARKETPLACE with name, date charged, etc. There is not one place for them to collect that information at year end currently and they have to email multiple departments to get their expenses

After a Broker fully approves an opportunity folder, an associate can upload a document and change the status of the folder. If the opportunity folder is locked up after Broker approval, Brokers won't have to go back into opportunity and re-approve the folder. MC compliance status queue will be accurate. Associates can still upload documents into custom folders of the opportunity if needed, which won't change the status of the opportunity.

Opportunity List Remains Sticky after Clicking into Opportunity
Currently, when viewing a section of Opportunities in Command MC (e.g., 51-100), opening an Opportunity and then navigating back resets the list to the first set (1-50). This disrupts workflow by making users lose their place in the list.

The change to MC Tasks this week has not been a good one. I think the idea was to have it mimic the Agent side, but it's too antiquated. It would be great to have it made simpler with fewer clicks and less filtering required.

Bulk Action: Reassign Recruit
Be able to unassign recruits from a previous team member/team leader after the team member has already left the office. Right now, you can't filter by previous team members.

Allow Any Name in Referral Field
In recruit card for the lead source referral you can only add a name of a current KW agent/leader. We get recruit referrals from other individuals (affiliate partners, prior KW agents etc.) It would be helpful to add the name of the actual referring individual.

Create an additional status of IN PROCESS which would be an alternative to RETURNED or APPROVED. Agents and TCs don't like the folders returned unless there is an issue with one of the documents already uploaded. IN PROCESS could mean that all docs uploaded are approved but there are still missing required documents to come further along in the transaction.

MC Sites - Agent Attribution on Listings
Listing agent information is not showing up on any listings viewed through Market Center sites. Though it was explained to me that this functionality is reserved primarily for agent sites (and the regular KW site), I feel it belies the "Your listings, your leads" principle in terms of helping our agents garner more visibility throughout the platform.
Would it be possible at some future point to include agent-attribution on listings at MC sites?

Allow a filter in reports (even custom reports) that pulls the "agreement won" date.
We use "future business" as a celebration in our MC. As of now, we use tags to identify a new BBA or ESLA signed during a calendar month. It would be ideal for agents to put that date in the Opportunity and have a filter for that in the Reporting Applet to alleviate excess time for research on the Leadership side.

Deductions for Listing/Sales Transactions
Deductions that are mandatory for the MC are automatically mandatory for all types of transactions/pipelines. Need to be able to separate automatic deductions for Listing transactions versus automatic deductions for Buyer transactions. We only charge a $295 BAC on the Listing transactions and either we have to manually catch and add the deduction, or we have to manually catch and remove the deduction on the buy side. Too many variables for errors right now.

KW Birthday Smartplan
We want to use the Keller Williams Birthday Smartplan in Command MC, since it is set up to go out on Agents and Recruits birthday's. The final step in the smartplan is either a Twilio text or a task. Because Command MC does not have the Twilio integrations yet the last step is converted into a task which you then will have to do, and not something that goes out automatically.
Can KW create a similar Birthday smartplan but the last task instead of Twilio is an email, so we can automatically email on their birthday's?

DA List with Subtotals in Reports
I would love a DA equivalent in Standard Reports with subtotals (By Agent & Total.) We can accomplish this by exporting and subtotaling ourselves, and this is a request I receive FREQUENTLY from agents, especially at year-end.
Giving the subtotal option in the initial export would be a MASSIVE time-saver in our daily processes.

Download Current Listings as CSV
It would be very helpful if we could download our current listings to a csv file to make it easier to see how many we have and to verify them. We were able to do this in Cloudmore. :)

The "Close Date" in transactions needs to feed from the Estimated Closing Date in Opportunities
The agent is not able to change the "closing date" in opportunities once submitted. They can change the Estimated Closing Date. When we had WinMore we had to manually go in and change closing dates once they were updated - I was hoping the Command MC would alleviate that process but as it is it actually has made it a longer process. If the Close Date in Transactions would feed from the Estimated Closing Date in Opportunities it would make the Projected Closing report accurate without having to manually change it. Thanks

Print Binding Sponsorship Agreement after Onboarding
Have an option to print the signed BSA for the market center and agent if needed after sign on. The only option is downloading at the moment agents sign, but no access for the Market Center.

YOY Volume and YOY Units Sorting in Recruit Table
This brought to me by my OP at my market center. The new update "Find Agent" in Command MC Recruits is great. While a few columns are sortable the YOY Volume and YOY Units columns is not sortable. Making it sortable will allow TL or OP to look at those numbers and see agents with challenge in YOY numbers.

Add Legal Name Field in Recruit Card
I have many recruits that come in with a preferred name different than their legal name. For the use of SmartPlans, I put their preferred name in the contact card first and last name area. I then have to make a note of their legal name for future reference. However, having to scroll through the timeline or notes to find the "Legal Name" or having to remember I have that note throws off some of my systems. It would be great to have a Legal Name field like Command Contacts have or even an option to create Custom Fields for…

Associate paid as an inside referral
Associate paid as an inside referral. We pay the Productivity Coach as the inside referral and the closed reports do not have an option to filter on what the PC has been paid on.
