  1. As a MC, we need the ability to add a Guest User just as teams have that ability. We want to have remote employees that may not have SS# as they are overseas and it is not secure to use the MCA or AMCA access for these employees. PLEASE give us this ability

  2. Currently, when we reject a listing, the message is sent only to the agent. There is no way we (MC Leadership) can go back to the message to refresh the idea. The idea I am submitting is to save the message also in the timeline with the rejection data. Follow up would be much easier. Or sending a copy of the email sent to the agent to us too.

  3. Currently, when creating a transaction in CommandMC, the Seller Name field is auto-populated incorrectly with the Buyer’s Agent name instead of the actual seller. This is causing confusion among Market Centers and agents, as the expected behavior is for this field to remain blank or pull in accurate seller data if available.

    To improve accuracy and ensure the correct workflow, we request an enhancement that:
    • Prevents the Seller Name field from auto-populating with agent data
    • Allows users to manually enter the correct seller information
    • Ensures consistency across all transaction types (Sale, Lease, Referral)

Since Command was started, inside an Opportunity, on the Documents tab, we were able to click a link above the name of the Opportunity (upper left corner) labeled something different than it is now and I can't remember the original label - maybe "Back" or "Opportunities" that made it very easy to go back to searching for the next Opportunity to work on. Now it says "Compliance".

    I realize that I can click on the Opportunity icon in the left margin and use that to find an Opportunity, however, if I have the screen split (Dotloop on one open side,…

  6. We had adhoc reports for agents with license numbers and expiration dates. Please create one in command reports. Or add the option in reports for us to create our own report

  7. Display the associate's production status in the dashboard - an easy way to see if the associate is active, referral only, or an admin. This would minimize the clicks we'd have to make to verify.

  8. Add option when submitting commission tab for agent to select “Yes I would recommend that this agent join KW” or “No I would not recommend working with this agent” for the co-broker they worked with. A required yes or no box that sends a notification to the TL when checked yes so they know to reach out.

    (I believe green sheets used to do this) :)

  10. Incorporation Name to show on financial tab - disbursement section of the transaction. Currently only the agent's name is listed. Would like to see both the name and incorporated (if there is one) in this area. If we are paying the agent straight from this screen we have to remember what their LLC name is. Only way to see the incorporated name is to download the PDF.

  11. It would be great to see a list of the Smartplans that have ended for those entering our CommandMC Database.

    For Example; A Prospect makes their way into CommandMC as a lead. We reach out of course, and we also may start them on a Smartplan for automated Followup. If would be great to see, within the Smartplan tab a list of competed Smartplans, so we have context for future correspondence.

    I know we have the Timeline, yet Smartplans are mixed in with everything that we do and this would improve our followup.

  13. I'd love to be able to select this month or next month as a time frame for the filters "Associate Birthdate Month", "Cap Anniversary Month," and "Royalty Anniv. Month." It would allow us to automate sending a birthday & anniversary report. Right now I have to manually go in to select the correct month so I cannot set up the scheduled report to email to staff.

  14. When you make an edit to an agent's license expiration date that agent gets notified that you changed their license. I have had several frantically ask me what that's all about. The verbiage in the email sent out to the agent should include the exact changes that were made so they can rest easy not thinking I removed them from our MC. This can really go for any notifications the agents gets when staff makes a change to anything in their card.

  15. We have a team that pays royalty for their agents. We have been doing this through Deductions as a negative deduction in Winmore on the Agent side and a regular deduction on the Rainmaker side. How do we reimburse the agent for the deduction

  17. When you look at the Income Statement (WinMore No More) all the numbers look like they're running together. Are we able to change the font or add some spacing to break up the columns? For instance, the YTD Actual, YTD Budget, and YTD Variance numbers all look like they could be one big number. (The spacing prior to WinMore No More was great.)

    Where would you expect to see these custom fields in the Associate record? Would it be on a specific tab, on the left sidebar, etc? Where would you set up these custom fields (ex: in the Admin Applet)? Who would be allowed to create and edit these custom fields? Would they need to be marked as required?
