  1. Incorporation Name to show on financial tab - disbursement section of the transaction. Currently only the agent's name is listed. Would like to see both the name and incorporated (if there is one) in this area. If we are paying the agent straight from this screen we have to remember what their LLC name is. Only way to see the incorporated name is to download the PDF.

  2. In agents indivdiual Commands, they can see the 'Green chart' that shows how much they have paid into CAP & Royalty. From an admin/operational point of view, I wish there was a way for DOO to see this for each of their agents on the team.
    Overall, I'm searching for the best way/best Excel formula to track our agents upcoming deductions prior to them being inputting into the opportunity. The end goal here is to have an automated way to track the deductions of our transactions that are under contract so that we will know the net income of these…

  3. I'd love to be able to select this month or next month as a time frame for the filters "Associate Birthdate Month", "Cap Anniversary Month," and "Royalty Anniv. Month." It would allow us to automate sending a birthday & anniversary report. Right now I have to manually go in to select the correct month so I cannot set up the scheduled report to email to staff.

  4. We need to be able to make adjustments the same way that we were able to in WinMore. In WinMore, we could subtract and add whatever amount we wanted while doing an adjustment. We cannot do that with the available options and it is an absolute nightmare to create adjustments.

  7. We had adhoc reports for agents with license numbers and expiration dates. Please create one in command reports. Or add the option in reports for us to create our own report

  8. The agent's commission details should show how much of the unit was allocated to them. This is helpful for our agents/teams to track their unit production.

  9. On the agent's commission details page, the top of the page should show the full commission on the transaction, not just the agent's portion. This is helpful for our agents to see the full amount prior to any splits.

  10. If the Market Center is being sold to a new Market Center, we want to ensure that all recruit details, such as the "Referrer" and recruit "Notes," are included in the export CSV file when the recruits are exported and imported to the new Market Center.

  11. It would be very helpful for moving back and forth between Transactions to Opportunities if the ID was readily available on the "quick view" page via a clickable link (like how the Transaction ID is currently clickable). I know that currently you can click the Trans# and then see the Opportunity ID within Property Details, but even that one is not clickable.

  12. It would be helpful for Leadership to have the ability to find all MC Associates who add a military affiliation to their Marketing Profile. Alternately, adding that field to their "My Profile" and making it possible for Leadership to search and filter Associates for both Military Affiliation and Languages spoken from within the Associates Applet.

  13. When an offer is Terminated, it would be great to have the Documents from Version 1 go right into version 1 and reset the file placeholders.... vs. agents "Updating" a single file. That way Broker/Legal can search older versions of Documents. Many associates/TC's dont know to use a new version - unless Broker catches it and advises a new version to be used.

  14. It would be great if the transaction notes could be visible on the associate detail screen while editing a transaction. I often have to save the unfinished transaction, go back to the notes tab, then click the pencil again and click through to the associate detail section again to make the edits according to the note.

  15. We have agents in multiple MLSs so we have to manually remove any duplicate listings from the Listings adjutment tab in Transactions or else our reports are wrong. Currently we are unable to sort the data on the Listings tab by agent name or property address, nor can we export this list into Excel to sort it manually.

  17. We need the Total Agent Count report to be downloadable as an excel report. Our MLS and I am sure others is last name, first name and comparing the two as is currently not productive. Is this a change that could be made soon? Thanks

  19. When a recruit is archived, tasks that are linked to that contact should automatically be removed from the task list instead of remaining on the list with the "Linked to" column showing "[Deleted Contact]".

  20. A search filter for an agent's commission amount in opportunities. We get a lot of checks in with NO information about who or what it is for. Being able to search for matching commission amounts may give us leads for who the check belongs to instead of it sitting around waiting on someone to ask about it.
