Expanded filters in Dials, answered, appointments held and set
Our market center is trying to use CommandMC as our main CRM. As a staff, we completed monthly care calls to our associates. We track who is completing their dials and notes on the agents. As of right now, I can not see if our associates are receiving dials as it lumps recruits & associates together AND I cannot see who completed the dial.
I would like to be able to see this information in a report AND even better would be able to have a dashboard where I can see which staff are in the lead and gamify their…

Profile Agents in Business Center Sites..
Especially in cases where the business center is far from the Market Center and when the BC is in another state.

Leadership Report that shows which opportunities are incomplete. We should then be able to download the report.
We have no easy way to download into Excel or Sheets, opportunities that have closed escrow, but are incomplete. We should be able to sort it by agent so that we can follow up with them to get the file complete and closed.

Mark as Lead Button
When adding recruits in CommandMC, we should have a button, like in Command Core, that allows us to mark the recruit as a lead. This would be helpful for any inbound leads that we get to our mc websites that are not powered by Command, and for any agent referrals.

Change Deductions Decimal Limit from 2 to 4
Need to adjust the allowed decimals from the current two to four. This is due to the various fees for business license per locality.

brokerage listing weekly email
Automatic email of all new listings in the brokerage sent out weekly to a list. Much like "the neighborhood" or a custom "saved searchs" email in Command, but for Command MC.

Vendor Tax IDs Report in Standard Reports
I'd like to be able to run a report showing all the vendor and their associated TaxIDs. I have caught agents entering 00-000000 as the tax id for referrals and when processing commission in transactions there is no way to catch this.

Show Agent Royalty in Cap Status Graph
Currently, the Royalty Cap progress bar that agents see is based on Royalty Paid by MC. It would make things a lot easier if their royalty cap status and transactions were based on royalty paid by associate, this way if we have royalty issues, the agent would only see their cap status reflected based on what they've actually paid in, and would make collecting the missing royalty on a previous transaction a lot easier.

Bulk Remove Tags
It would be beneficial to have similar bulk options as in Command where applicable. Mainly, I find having the option to Bulk Remove a Tag would be advantageous when going in and cleaning up a pipeline. Otherwise, we're left to going in to each individual card and removing them one by one.

Merge Notes, Activity, and Timeline Tabs
Would love to merge the notes, activities and timeline. During lead gen, we put our conversation notes in the actual Notes section whether it's an email, call, or text. Now that Activities are being tracked, we are adding that second step. Unfortunately, the activities don't show up under Notes. They only show up under Timeline. Would love if these sections could be merged to avoid confusion and duplication.

Add Associate to More Than One Team
We need to be able to add 1 agent to more than 1 team for multiple reasons.
1 example, I have a licensed admin who splits her time 50/50 between 2 teams. She needs to be on both teams.
2nd exampe, I have multiple teams who use the in house PC program for their new team members. I need to be able to add them onto the team AND onto the ProCoach team.

Add security level to agents commissions in a team
When creating and submitting a transaction from an agent Opportunity within a team, make sure the commission amounts after the split are only visible to the connected agent, keeping the commission values of other agents confidential. Usually, in large teams, the team admins will be responsible to create that Opportunity and enter all of the commission details so that agents don't know about the splits.

Multiple Recruit Pipelines
Make the recruiting pipeline mirror (visually) what the Command Opportunities Pipeline is for Buyers, Sellers, Rental. Instead of those categories it would be Unlicensed, R1, & R2 Pipelines.
This would allow for leadership to create systems in the recruiting pipelines that are appropriate for each level of productions. We are currently running over 10 stages in active recruit in order to use the pipeline tasks as SOP for each recruit.
It has become clustered and made ease of use difficult

Automatically Name Reports Downloads
Every report when downloaded as a CSV is just titled widget. I have to go in and manually change the name to know what it is. It would be helpful if it was automatically named the report name and the date. At minimum having the report name would help a lot!

Guest User
As a MC, we need the ability to add a Guest User just as teams have that ability. We want to have remote employees that may not have SS# as they are overseas and it is not secure to use the MCA or AMCA access for these employees. PLEASE give us this ability

When rejecting a listing in Frontdoor, the message should appear also in the timeline, or a copy of the email sent to us,
Currently, when we reject a listing, the message is sent only to the agent. There is no way we (MC Leadership) can go back to the message to refresh the idea. The idea I am submitting is to save the message also in the timeline with the rejection data. Follow up would be much easier. Or sending a copy of the email sent to the agent to us too.
