  1. We have a very diverse office which includes several people who go by their middle names and other preferred names, however, they still need to be paid out through their legal name.

    Currently, the Disbursement Authorizations only pull from the main Associate Name for their profile rather than the "Associate Legal Name" field. This is crucial to ensure that our agents are being paid correctly and saves us from having to update their main Associate Name in their profile when they have a transaction.

  2. Filtering by tags is not effective, because when applying 2 or 3 tags to search by, it brings up all the opportunities that have ANY of those three tags on it, but I need it to filter opportunities that have ALL of the 3 tags - for example, searching for opportunities tagged as "December Closing" and "Invoice to be Sent" brings up any opportunities that have a December tag on it, even if it doesn't have the invoice tag, AND any opportunities tagged with "Invoice to be Sent" even if it doesn't have the December tag, this makes it difficult…

  3. Currently, when creating a transaction in CommandMC, the Seller Name field is auto-populated incorrectly with the Buyer’s Agent name instead of the actual seller. This is causing confusion among Market Centers and agents, as the expected behavior is for this field to remain blank or pull in accurate seller data if available.

    To improve accuracy and ensure the correct workflow, we request an enhancement that:
    • Prevents the Seller Name field from auto-populating with agent data
    • Allows users to manually enter the correct seller information
    • Ensures consistency across all transaction types (Sale, Lease, Referral)

  5. Example: Keller Williams Eastside (Agent: Jane Doe)

    This would stop a lot of calls we get from other MCs to find out which of their agents should be paid out on a referral. Escrow sometimes will only send a check, no copy of DA, no Final SS, so they have no clue who to pay out.

    Right now, escrow has no clue unless the agent sends them a copy of the actual referral agreement. So, the other MC has to call our MC to find out. This would help our MC from not having these calls plus escrow wouldn't be…

  6. One Click - Remove Automated Filter
    It is time consuming to remove the Automated Filter every time I am looking for a certain Opportunity that has nothing to do with "submitted" or to have to keep removing it because I am looking for the next property. Also need the choice of filters to be one click - not 3+ clicks.

  7. In the new Market Center sites, the "Our Agents" page is currently set to alphabetical ascending with no way to change it. This means that most agents will NOT be discovered on this page, especially in large Market Centers.

    Additionally, many Market Centers have MC investors or leadership who also produce, and some of them have last names that put them at the top or near the top of "Our Agents." This has the potential to put a bad taste in some agents' mouths.

    I recommend that the Our Agents page be set to random order by default in fairness…

  8. Whenever I download PDFs for reports to send out to agents, they are small and hard for them to read. An updated version of the reports where the PDF download is bigger would make it easier for everyone involved.

  9. Top Down Report: Top 20% Email Download in Reports is NOT the same as their preferred Email address in their White Pages Profile. This results in our top agents not seeing important emails sent. Please make the email address that comes from reports the same as their preferred one in their profile.

  10. Is there any way to make an alert pop up for notes that agents have entered when an MCA goes to complete a commission check request? Another idea would be to put a block on processing the check until the notes are read. We just want to ensure notes are not missed.

  11. Add option when submitting commission tab for agent to select “Yes I would recommend that this agent join KW” or “No I would not recommend working with this agent” for the co-broker they worked with. A required yes or no box that sends a notification to the TL when checked yes so they know to reach out.

    (I believe green sheets used to do this) :)

  13. In running a VR Associate report through CommandMC; (I would usually run that report to include their personal email) (since they do not use their KW email).. Unfortunately, the reporting functions filter / "Add" a column does not include a personal email option... only KW email. This would mean, I will need to look up all of the personal emails from CommandMC and manually add them to my downloaded report. Could we please add personal email to report selections. Thank you!

  14. Every report when downloaded as a CSV is just titled widget. I have to go in and manually change the name to know what it is. It would be helpful if it was automatically named the report name and the date. At minimum having the report name would help a lot!

  15. The default sort is the most recent submission on top - I can click the arrow and it toggles to the oldest submitted - once I perform the review and return to the compliance screen. I have to re-sort it again - it wont stay as I set it

  16. It would be great to see a list of the Smartplans that have ended for those entering our CommandMC Database.

    For Example; A Prospect makes their way into CommandMC as a lead. We reach out of course, and we also may start them on a Smartplan for automated Followup. If would be great to see, within the Smartplan tab a list of competed Smartplans, so we have context for future correspondence.

    I know we have the Timeline, yet Smartplans are mixed in with everything that we do and this would improve our followup.

  19. Right now we can choose who we want to add to a deduction for all or a group of agents, we should have that ability to remove them also. Right now you can only remove one by one
