How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.

  1. Searching for opportunities in CommandMC Opportunities takes long time to show results. Each search averages between 5-30 seconds. This adds up over time for those that work heavily in CommandMC Opportunities, making their work inefficient.

  2. We work hard to keep all aspects of the transaction and actions needed or taken inside of the opportunity. It's our one-stop-shop for everything related to each transaction.

    We currently tag agents in the "Closed Stage" of the Documents Tab to notify them they've been paid, and when/how any cobrokers, referrals, or seller excess checks have been released.

    It would be VERY helpful to have a button for MCA's to use that auto-tags the Opportunity as "Paid Out" and sends a pre-formatted Command Notification (with a companion email) to notify the Agent when commissions, cobrokers, referrals, and seller excess has…

  3. Incorporation Name to show on financial tab - disbursement section of the transaction. Currently only the agent's name is listed. Would like to see both the name and incorporated (if there is one) in this area. If we are paying the agent straight from this screen we have to remember what their LLC name is. Only way to see the incorporated name is to download the PDF.

  6. We had adhoc reports for agents with license numbers and expiration dates. Please create one in command reports. Or add the option in reports for us to create our own report

  7. When in the Transaction Screen, all the ones that need action taken, should be at the top (Submitted, Resubmitted, and Request for Termination. Closed and Terminated should be at the bottom. Or have settings that we can set as our default, and it opens that screen as we have set up as our default view every time we go in there.

  8. The agent's commission details should show how much of the unit was allocated to them. This is helpful for our agents/teams to track their unit production.

  9. If the Market Center is being sold to a new Market Center, we want to ensure that all recruit details, such as the "Referrer" and recruit "Notes," are included in the export CSV file when the recruits are exported and imported to the new Market Center.

  10. It would be very helpful for moving back and forth between Transactions to Opportunities if the ID was readily available on the "quick view" page via a clickable link (like how the Transaction ID is currently clickable). I know that currently you can click the Trans# and then see the Opportunity ID within Property Details, but even that one is not clickable.

  11. It would be great if the transaction notes could be visible on the associate detail screen while editing a transaction. I often have to save the unfinished transaction, go back to the notes tab, then click the pencil again and click through to the associate detail section again to make the edits according to the note.

  12. Allow associates not on a team to add guest users to their command. That way TC's don't need to request agent codes from the agent every time. Most Transaction coordinators work after hours, and do not get the codes right away from the agent.

  13. We have agents in multiple MLSs so we have to manually remove any duplicate listings from the Listings adjutment tab in Transactions or else our reports are wrong. Currently we are unable to sort the data on the Listings tab by agent name or property address, nor can we export this list into Excel to sort it manually.

  15. We need the Total Agent Count report to be downloadable as an excel report. Our MLS and I am sure others is last name, first name and comparing the two as is currently not productive. Is this a change that could be made soon? Thanks

  16. The CommandMC Reports dashboard data is not being refreshed daily. I would love if it would refresh in real time similar to command.

  17. When a recruit is archived, tasks that are linked to that contact should automatically be removed from the task list instead of remaining on the list with the "Linked to" column showing "[Deleted Contact]".

  18. On the agent's commission details page, the top of the page should show the full commission on the transaction, not just the agent's portion. This is helpful for our agents to see the full amount prior to any splits.

  19. Leases that have multiple payments over time now require multiple CDAs to be created. This can stretch over several years with commercial leases. Adding a payments over time feature would streamline this process, and not leave multiple unclosed DAs in the system.
