To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 


How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  2. Ability to download the entire Rankings within a Region Report as one PDF to share with our regional Market Centers. This was previously able to be done in MyKW.

  4. In the Offices tab of the new Command Directory - we need the ability to sort by more options - city, state, etc. Also, the legal name would be an awesome addition - and make all of them sortable and add filters

  5. Remove the 3 auto filters in place in the Compliance Applet. We can add in filters we want when searching. When we forget and clear filters, then we have to re-search everything.

  6. When an MCA edits something in a commission request, upon clicking save the commission request is automatically approved. I need to be able to make edits before agents click the final approval. Like for adding a wire fee or a private deduction etc.

    There is still a MAJOR need for agents to be able to review commission requests and submit prior to an edit of an MCA or AMCA.

  8. In Command MC Reports, please add the filter “Real Estate Start Date” to allow users to create more detailed custom reports. This filter would be highly beneficial and was previously available in Winmore.

  10. MCAs should have the option to reinstate an agent that left and come back within the same month without having to re-invite again. Sometimes agents come back in the same month. This would also be beneficial if an agent is removed in error. If the error is caught and it is done in the same month, then we should be able to change their status. That was an option we had in Winmore as long as it was in the same month.

  11. Since we have default modules in our system for MC websites, we're unable to edit them, please make a page on where we can edit our information and display listings!

  12. Key Metrics and the KWRI Invoice in Transactions -> Month End Close should be able to be seen after transmittal. Why do we have to take a screenshot every month? Can we make it as a report or be able to pull like we do our balance sheet and income statements?

  13. Currently, when reviewing multiple compliance documents, there's an issue where the notification placement interferes with workflow. After opening a form and selecting the "Approve" button in the bottom right corner, a notification appears stating "Your document has been successfully updated."

    This message temporarily covers the action buttons, preventing users from immediately moving to the next form. Since it remains on screen for a few seconds, users are forced to wait before proceeding.

    We would like to request that this notification be repositioned so it does not block the buttons, allowing for a more seamless and efficient review process.

  14. The New command Tab on the App has Associates information, however it does not show the the Productions Insight feature. I would like to see if that could be added.

  15. Currently deductions are calculated off Net Commissions. It would be helpful to have the option to have deductions, like PC fee, calculated from Gross commissions.

  17. My market center is currently working on 2025 awards and one of our award categories is "Growth Partner". The current Growth Partner report in CommandMC does not have the ability to filter by dates - it only shows data for the current calendar year. It would be highly beneficial to include a drop down menu for this report so that MCAs can obtain previous year's data.

  18. When closing a file, I click the Opportunity link (left side info) to open that opportunity - it used to Open in a New Tab: Now it does not.
    - Opening in a new tab automatically: when clicked help pages back/forth.*Pleeeeaase put that link back to: Open in a New Tab!
    - Less clicks and paging back/forth. Thaaaank You!

  20. Having to download and print the deposit slip and summary separately for each deposit takes up a lot of time. For those of us that have multiple business centers that we put on separate deposits and have to do additional separate deposits for each location for checks vs wires received, this can become a huge time suck. It would be wonderful if the reports for each deposit would either auto download in one pdf or auto print.
