Once a closing happens an auto email will send to the co-op agent. Thanking them for the transaction.

Add security level to agents commissions in a team
When creating and submitting a transaction from an agent Opportunity within a team, make sure the commission amounts after the split are only visible to the connected agent, keeping the commission values of other agents confidential. Usually, in large teams, the team admins will be responsible to create that Opportunity and enter all of the commission details so that agents don't know about the splits.

Email Designs in CommandMC
For CommandMC email designs there is no option for pretty email designs and just text only. Would love to see a feature to import email designs into CommandMC.

Print All Reports at Month End Closing
Link to be able to Print All Reports at once at Month End just like winmore had this option instead of us having to click each. This will save time and help with not forgetting to print certain ones

Associates Tab - Export to CSV or PDF
Add the ability to export to CSV and PDF the Associates Tab. We would be able to export a Top Down Report with agent's email and phone number. Great for targeting the roster based on production level.

Add Associate to More Than One Team
We need to be able to add 1 agent to more than 1 team for multiple reasons.
1 example, I have a licensed admin who splits her time 50/50 between 2 teams. She needs to be on both teams.
2nd exampe, I have multiple teams who use the in house PC program for their new team members. I need to be able to add them onto the team AND onto the ProCoach team.

Print Associate's Legal Name on Disbursement Authorizations
We have a very diverse office which includes several people who go by their middle names and other preferred names, however, they still need to be paid out through their legal name.
Currently, the Disbursement Authorizations only pull from the main Associate Name for their profile rather than the "Associate Legal Name" field. This is crucial to ensure that our agents are being paid correctly and saves us from having to update their main Associate Name in their profile when they have a transaction.

Prevent Incorrect Auto-Population of Seller Name in Transactions
Currently, when creating a transaction in CommandMC, the Seller Name field is auto-populated incorrectly with the Buyer’s Agent name instead of the actual seller. This is causing confusion among Market Centers and agents, as the expected behavior is for this field to remain blank or pull in accurate seller data if available.
To improve accuracy and ensure the correct workflow, we request an enhancement that:
• Prevents the Seller Name field from auto-populating with agent data
• Allows users to manually enter the correct seller information
• Ensures consistency across all transaction types (Sale, Lease, Referral)This update will help…

Vendor Tax IDs Report in Standard Reports
I'd like to be able to run a report showing all the vendor and their associated TaxIDs. I have caught agents entering 00-000000 as the tax id for referrals and when processing commission in transactions there is no way to catch this.

Make Reports Easier to Read
Whenever I download PDFs for reports to send out to agents, they are small and hard for them to read. An updated version of the reports where the PDF download is bigger would make it easier for everyone involved.

Cap Status Graphs Should Use Agent Royalty Paid not MC Royalty Paid
Currently, the Royalty Cap progress bar that agents see is based on Royalty Paid by MC. It would make things a lot easier if their royalty cap status and transactions were based on royalty paid by associate, this way if we have royalty issues, the agent would only see their cap status reflected based on what they've actually paid in, and would make collecting the missing royalty on a previous transaction a lot easier.

Refer a Co-Broker to KW via Opportunities' Co-Broker
Add option when submitting commission tab for agent to select “Yes I would recommend that this agent join KW” or “No I would not recommend working with this agent” for the co-broker they worked with. A required yes or no box that sends a notification to the TL when checked yes so they know to reach out.
(I believe green sheets used to do this) :)

Market Center Wide Deductions
It would be great if a functionality could be added later to apply a deduction to all active agents, so we do not have to manually add agents to MC-wide deductions as we onboard agents.

Need a report that gives a breakdown of everything in the "Outside Referral" box
I need a report that will give me a list of every item from the outside referral box of each DA in a certain period. It would include the transaction number, amount paid, and associated "Pay to" name for every line item. We use this box to collect B&O tax as well as outside referrals and we need to know how much of each type.

Bulk Remove Tags
It would be beneficial to have similar bulk options as in Command where applicable. Mainly, I find having the option to Bulk Remove a Tag would be advantageous when going in and cleaning up a pipeline. Otherwise, we're left to going in to each individual card and removing them one by one.

Filtering Opportunities By Tags Effectively
Filtering by tags is not effective, because when applying 2 or 3 tags to search by, it brings up all the opportunities that have ANY of those three tags on it, but I need it to filter opportunities that have ALL of the 3 tags - for example, searching for opportunities tagged as "December Closing" and "Invoice to be Sent" brings up any opportunities that have a December tag on it, even if it doesn't have the invoice tag, AND any opportunities tagged with "Invoice to be Sent" even if it doesn't have the December tag, this makes it difficult…

Randomize/Customize Order of Agents on "Our Agents" Page
In the new Market Center sites, the "Our Agents" page is currently set to alphabetical ascending with no way to change it. This means that most agents will NOT be discovered on this page, especially in large Market Centers.
Additionally, many Market Centers have MC investors or leadership who also produce, and some of them have last names that put them at the top or near the top of "Our Agents." This has the potential to put a bad taste in some agents' mouths.
I recommend that the Our Agents page be set to random order by default in fairness…
