  1. I need a report that will give me a list of every item from the outside referral box of each DA in a certain period. It would include the transaction number, amount paid, and associated "Pay to" name for every line item. We use this box to collect B&O tax as well as outside referrals and we need to know how much of each type.

  2. Currently, if an agent terminates a commission submission, then when I go to mark it as Terminated, it asks me why it terminated.

    Can we have that option flipped to where the agent chooses why it terminated since they're familiar with it and I don't have to go track down why it terminated.

    If there was then a report we could pull to see why contracts are terminating, would be great as well.

  3. Filtering by tags is not effective, because when applying 2 or 3 tags to search by, it brings up all the opportunities that have ANY of those three tags on it, but I need it to filter opportunities that have ALL of the 3 tags - for example, searching for opportunities tagged as "December Closing" and "Invoice to be Sent" brings up any opportunities that have a December tag on it, even if it doesn't have the invoice tag, AND any opportunities tagged with "Invoice to be Sent" even if it doesn't have the December tag, this makes it difficult…

  4. In the new Market Center sites, the "Our Agents" page is currently set to alphabetical ascending with no way to change it. This means that most agents will NOT be discovered on this page, especially in large Market Centers.

    Additionally, many Market Centers have MC investors or leadership who also produce, and some of them have last names that put them at the top or near the top of "Our Agents." This has the potential to put a bad taste in some agents' mouths.

    I recommend that the Our Agents page be set to random order by default in fairness…

  7. Right now we can choose who we want to add to a deduction for all or a group of agents, we should have that ability to remove them also. Right now you can only remove one by one

  9. Make the recruiting pipeline mirror (visually) what the Command Opportunities Pipeline is for Buyers, Sellers, Rental. Instead of those categories it would be Unlicensed, R1, & R2 Pipelines.

    This would allow for leadership to create systems in the recruiting pipelines that are appropriate for each level of productions. We are currently running over 10 stages in active recruit in order to use the pipeline tasks as SOP for each recruit.

    It has become clustered and made ease of use difficult

  10. Please allow the ability to print the KW Invoice as a PDF in its existing layout, similar to the Profit Share Calcs PDF format from WinMORE. The current help article recommends taking a screenshot and downloading the image. This not only reduces the image quality dramatically but it also adds an image file to our file folders instead of a PDF. Not everyone has a photo viewer installed on their computer in order to open image files.

  11. We have a team that pays royalty for their agents. We have been doing this through Deductions as a negative deduction in Winmore on the Agent side and a regular deduction on the Rainmaker side. How do we reimburse the agent for the deduction

  12. Every report when downloaded as a CSV is just titled widget. I have to go in and manually change the name to know what it is. It would be helpful if it was automatically named the report name and the date. At minimum having the report name would help a lot!

    Where would you expect to see these custom fields in the Associate record? Would it be on a specific tab, on the left sidebar, etc? Where would you set up these custom fields (ex: in the Admin Applet)? Who would be allowed to create and edit these custom fields? Would they need to be marked as required?

  17. In running a VR Associate report through CommandMC; (I would usually run that report to include their personal email) (since they do not use their KW email).. Unfortunately, the reporting functions filter / "Add" a column does not include a personal email option... only KW email. This would mean, I will need to look up all of the personal emails from CommandMC and manually add them to my downloaded report. Could we please add personal email to report selections. Thank you!

  19. The ability to edit vendors has disappeared. I had to create an entirely new vendor because the agent missed one letter when they created it. I believe this could mess up reporting and taxes with having multiple of the same vendor.

    There is no longer an edit pencil icon nor the ellipses mentioned in the support article below:

    Being able to edit vendors within transactions would be phenomenal as well!
