Command Integration with Broker Wolf/ Lone Wolf
Our Canadian Market Centres are hesitant to integrate opportunities into Command as the current workflow is more efficient. Currently when we load a transaction into Nexone it sinks with BrokerWolf/Lonewolf then with WinMore. 1 Input and done. If we remove Nexone and integrate into Command we have to recreate each and every transaction in BrokerWolf/ Lonewolf which doubles the current workload in a transaction for our agent or our back office at the market centre.
Most market centres want to stick with Nexone to save the workload.

Allow Photo for Recruits
On the contact card for the recruit, we would love to be able to add a photo of them to the Photo Image next to their name.

Show Transaction Status on Opportunities Tab
It would save time to be able to see the status of each transaction on the all opportunities page. I'd like to see all on one screen which opportunities have been submitted/approved/denied or if a CDA has been created.

Tagging Associates Auto-Tags Opportunities
As a market center with a business center it would be IMMENSELY helpful to be able to tag associates (rather than individual opportunities so that they autopopulate every opportunity) with a location (MC vs BC) ID tag in order to sort as closings are processed.

Share Opportunity Checklist Templates from Market Center
I would like to be able to share Opportunity Task lists within the stages for other agents, much like we share smartplans. This would be helpful to promote consistency over our MC and would also make onboarding of new agents easier by creating systems for them to follow.

Filter by Pipeline Stage
Currently you can only filter by The Big Phases, like Cultivate. If you could filter by Pipeline stage it would be easier to grab recruits in different stages for different smart plans instead of having to go through them one by one. For example I have two different stages in cultivate "Follow Up Mets" and "Follow Up Haven't Mets" and the people in each are going to be on two different SPs.

Compliance Feedback Templates
As a reviewer in compliance it seems I am always always rejecting some items for the exact same thing. It would be nice to go to a clause manager and pick the clause that is already there so we don't need to type it all the time.

Recruit Checklist Customization (Default Assignees, Smart Due Dates, R1/R2 Dependencies, etc.)
In Command MC, while you can create default checklists which auto apply to all recruits, rather than have to spend time individually assigning tasks within the current contact card, we should have the ADDITIONAL ability to set "some" default assignments and automatic due dates within the default checklist.
i.e. Send Onboarding Package in the 'Join in Process" stage could be an item that is auto assigned to the MCA and automatically have a due date within 24 hours of being moved into that stage.

Add Notes to Individual Document Lines
When we are doing Compliance for Opportunities, sometimes I have had the need to put a little 1 or 2 line note on a document line item, that can be seen and accessed quckly by MCA/Compliance staff.
For example, "signed warranty in with closing docs" could easily be added to the Home Warranty document line item and easily seen and read.
Is there a way to add that feature? I think it would save us some time searching, or going back through the comments, to figure out what is what.

Date and Time Stamp for All Opportunity Comments
Each message should have a date and time that it was sent. Currently, the last message is the only one that is visible. When trying to look for dates that the Market center has looked for messages i.e. dates deposit checks were received, it is not there because it is not the last message.

Send Notification Button for Associates with Pending Transactions
Easy Button for pending list follow up so we can push right from the (future) pending list in Command. Agent gets a notification on phone asking for status update. It prompts them to change price, date, etc in their opportunity.

Vital Signs in Standard Reports
The Vital Signs report provides some very important data that can be consolidated and used strategically to positively influence the market center. The use of Contacts, Smart Plans and Opportunities can all be exported individually from the Vital Signs Report and then sorted by KWUID in each. Then you can consolidate them all into one spreadsheet by Agent. Follow-Up Tasks after Task Completion
Would like to be able to assign a follow up task for another member of our Leadership Team to contact an Agent. Example: When I am on a call with an Agent-- if I hear they need help with Tech, I want to assign the MCTT a task to follow up with Agent.

Include Tag History in Opportunity Timeline
It would be extremely helpful for the "timeline" in an opportunity to record tagging information.
For example: If an MCA adds a "DA Created" tag, it would be helpful to know exactly when this was completed, or when a file was "Ready for DA"
including tag info in the timeline will help us track when things were completed and if anything was missed!

Periodic Report Updates Sent to Email
As much as I love pulling info manually, what if we could subscribe to key reports? These are currently stored in adhoc in WinMORE. Cloudmore could pull, create, and send.
Like, weekly, what did my Buyers Agents put under contract? What did they close? How close are they to cap?

Co-Op Agents on Transactions Report
We LOVE the feature that requires agents to enter the co-brokers name on the offer within Opportunities, and would also love an easy way to search or see the list of co-brokers on recently closed transactions! This is a huge focus of our recruit prospecting, and this would make it easy to see a list of who our agents worked with, alongside details about the transaction. Would make an easy "who to call today" feature for TLs and MCAs!

Incoming Recruit Company Dollar Dashboard
When Command eventually replaces Winmore, would like to see a built in Daily Company Dollar tool that is "smart" enough to predict capping and automatically ignore any projected company dollar for the month that will not materialize due to the agent capping.

Allow Clickable Links in Task Description
Onboarding and offboarding could be faster if links to all the relevant websites and spreadsheets can be added to task items. For example: "Add agent to Office Facebook Group [bitly link to our FB Group]"
Currently it is not possible to highlight the text in tasks items, so even non-linked websites are not usable because there is no way to copy-paste them into the address bar.
