  2. Create an additional status of IN PROCESS which would be an alternative to RETURNED or APPROVED. Agents and TCs don't like the folders returned unless there is an issue with one of the documents already uploaded. IN PROCESS could mean that all docs uploaded are approved but there are still missing required documents to come further along in the transaction.

  3. Have an option to print the signed BSA for the market center and agent if needed after sign on. The only option is downloading at the moment agents sign, but no access for the Market Center.

  4. In recruit card for the lead source referral you can only add a name of a current KW agent/leader. We get recruit referrals from other individuals (affiliate partners, prior KW agents etc.) It would be helpful to add the name of the actual referring individual.

  5. This brought to me by my OP at my market center. The new update "Find Agent" in Command MC Recruits is great. While a few columns are sortable the YOY Volume and YOY Units columns is not sortable. Making it sortable will allow TL or OP to look at those numbers and see agents with challenge in YOY numbers.

  6. I have many recruits that come in with a preferred name different than their legal name. For the use of SmartPlans, I put their preferred name in the contact card first and last name area. I then have to make a note of their legal name for future reference. However, having to scroll through the timeline or notes to find the "Legal Name" or having to remember I have that note throws off some of my systems. It would be great to have a Legal Name field like Command Contacts have or even an option to create Custom Fields for…

  7. Allow MC staff with tier 1 roles accessibility to update/edit/add/update photos to associate profiles. Our website pulls those incomplete profiles from Command which of course makes our website look incomplete. Having this ability would allow staff to complete those profiles.

  8. Listing agent information is not showing up on any listings viewed through Market Center sites. Though it was explained to me that this functionality is reserved primarily for agent sites (and the regular KW site), I feel it belies the "Your listings, your leads" principle in terms of helping our agents garner more visibility throughout the platform.

    Would it be possible at some future point to include agent-attribution on listings at MC sites?

  9. Associate paid as an inside referral. We pay the Productivity Coach as the inside referral and the closed reports do not have an option to filter on what the PC has been paid on.

  10. I would like a portal for the agent to see all of their KWRI expenses - MAPS/EVENTS/TRAINING/MARKETPLACE with name, date charged, etc. There is not one place for them to collect that information at year end currently and they have to email multiple departments to get their expenses

  12. It would be helpful if the popup for the CDA download options popped up as soon as you click change status: "approved," eliminating the download button.

    Same for when editing an already approved CDA, that it pops up when you click "save transaction."

    We had this option in Winmore- saving any CDA, new or existing, it would prompt you to print to pdf/etc. as soon as you clicked "save."

  13. Title companies need to see total commission and concession reduces total commission. It's not accounted for on Page 1 of the DA, so title companies can't reconcile what's being paid out because they don't see the "actual" deduction on page 1 of the DA.

  16. Currently it just lists our agents by last name alphabetically. The costumer should have the ability to search for a specific name rather than flip through a dozen pages of agents.

  17. Request the addition of KWUID as a search parameter within the Associates applet to enhance our ability to locate associate records more efficiently. Currently, the absence of this parameter limits the ease with which we can directly access records tied to specific KWUIDs.

  18. Currently the only way you can add preferred vendors to the MC Site is by going to the Command Dashboard preferred vendor widget and clicking a box to add it to the MC Site.

    This functions very differently from the Agent Site preferred vendors where you can access preferred vendors from the agent site editor. I would like to see the MC Site preferred vendor list function just like it does on the agent site, OR put it in the CommandMC Site applet.

  19. For Regional leadership, one aggregate report under the PROGRESS TAB, that shows the progress for the region as a whole and then the option to breakdown that progress by each market center. As of now, you would have to click through each market center.
