How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.

  3. Allow the Compliance Coordinator Role to have access to Transactions. Our transactions processing team needs this to do their job, but they should not have access to all the items an MC Leader has such as our full Recruiting pipeline. Seems silly that the role that is in charge of processing deals and transactions doesn't have access to this part of the program.

  4. It would be helpful to have the criteria in reports for Associate DBA Name and Incorporation Name. Also, to include address for Associate's Incorporation.

  5. Currently, the Royalty Cap progress bar that agents see is based on Royalty Paid by MC. It would make things a lot easier if their royalty cap status and transactions were based on royalty paid by associate, this way if we have royalty issues, the agent would only see their cap status reflected based on what they've actually paid in, and would make collecting the missing royalty on a previous transaction a lot easier.

  6. We need to be able to add 1 agent to more than 1 team for multiple reasons.

    1 example, I have a licensed admin who splits her time 50/50 between 2 teams. She needs to be on both teams.

    2nd exampe, I have multiple teams who use the in house PC program for their new team members. I need to be able to add them onto the team AND onto the ProCoach team.

  7. It would be beneficial to have similar bulk options as in Command where applicable. Mainly, I find having the option to Bulk Remove a Tag would be advantageous when going in and cleaning up a pipeline. Otherwise, we're left to going in to each individual card and removing them one by one.

  9. Would love to merge the notes, activities and timeline. During lead gen, we put our conversation notes in the actual Notes section whether it's an email, call, or text. Now that Activities are being tracked, we are adding that second step. Unfortunately, the activities don't show up under Notes. They only show up under Timeline. Would love if these sections could be merged to avoid confusion and duplication.

  10. Make the recruiting pipeline mirror (visually) what the Command Opportunities Pipeline is for Buyers, Sellers, Rental. Instead of those categories it would be Unlicensed, R1, & R2 Pipelines.

    This would allow for leadership to create systems in the recruiting pipelines that are appropriate for each level of productions. We are currently running over 10 stages in active recruit in order to use the pipeline tasks as SOP for each recruit.

  11. Be able to unassign recruits from a previous team member/team leader after the team member has already left the office. Right now, you can't filter by previous team members.

  12. I'd love to be able to select this month or next month as a time frame for the filters "Associate Birthdate Month", "Cap Anniversary Month," and "Royalty Anniv. Month." It would allow us to automate sending a birthday & anniversary report. Right now I have to manually go in to select the correct month so I cannot set up the scheduled report to email to staff.

  13. We had adhoc reports for agents with license numbers and expiration dates. Please create one in command reports. Or add the option in reports for us to create our own report

  14. Add option when submitting commission tab for agent to select “Yes I would recommend that this agent join KW” or “No I would not recommend working with this agent” for the co-broker they worked with. A required yes or no box that sends a notification to the TL when checked yes so they know to reach out.

    (I believe green sheets used to do this) :)

Since Command was started, inside an Opportunity, on the Documents tab, we were able to click a link above the name of the Opportunity (upper left corner) labeled something different than it is now and I can't remember the original label - maybe "Back" or "Opportunities" that made it very easy to go back to searching for the next Opportunity to work on. Now it says "Compliance".

    I realize that I can click on the Opportunity icon in the left margin and use that to find an Opportunity, however, if I have the screen split (Dotloop on one open side,…

  16. Display the associate's production status in the dashboard - an easy way to see if the associate is active, referral only, or an admin. This would minimize the clicks we'd have to make to verify.

  17. Can we just have a simple download like KWConnect used to? PDF and CVS/Excel options are still great. However, the amount of steps I have to go through to download one report is a huge time waste.

  19. Incorporation Name to show on financial tab - disbursement section of the transaction. Currently only the agent's name is listed. Would like to see both the name and incorporated (if there is one) in this area. If we are paying the agent straight from this screen we have to remember what their LLC name is. Only way to see the incorporated name is to download the PDF.

  20. We need the Total Agent Count report to be downloadable as an excel report. Our MLS and I am sure others is last name, first name and comparing the two as is currently not productive. Is this a change that could be made soon? Thanks
