Change Font/Add Spacing to Income Statement
When you look at the Income Statement (WinMore No More) all the numbers look like they're running together. Are we able to change the font or add some spacing to break up the columns? For instance, the YTD Actual, YTD Budget, and YTD Variance numbers all look like they could be one big number. (The spacing prior to WinMore No More was great.)

Show Total Commission Amount on Agent Commission Details Report
On the agent's commission details page, the top of the page should show the full commission on the transaction, not just the agent's portion. This is helpful for our agents to see the full amount prior to any splits.

Send Notification Button for Associates When Paid on a Transaction
We work hard to keep all aspects of the transaction and actions needed or taken inside of the opportunity. It's our one-stop-shop for everything related to each transaction.
We currently tag agents in the "Closed Stage" of the Documents Tab to notify them they've been paid, and when/how any cobrokers, referrals, or seller excess checks have been released.
It would be VERY helpful to have a button for MCA's to use that auto-tags the Opportunity as "Paid Out" and sends a pre-formatted Command Notification (with a companion email) to notify the Agent when commissions, cobrokers, referrals, and seller excess has…

Add Search by Commission Amount
A search filter for an agent's commission amount in opportunities. We get a lot of checks in with NO information about who or what it is for. Being able to search for matching commission amounts may give us leads for who the check belongs to instead of it sitting around waiting on someone to ask about it.

Option for Multiple Lease Payments
Leases that have multiple payments over time now require multiple CDAs to be created. This can stretch over several years with commercial leases. Adding a payments over time feature would streamline this process, and not leave multiple unclosed DAs in the system.

DA List with Subtotals in Reports
I would love a DA equivalent in Standard Reports with subtotals (By Agent & Total.) We can accomplish this by exporting and subtotaling ourselves, and this is a request I receive FREQUENTLY from agents, especially at year-end.
Giving the subtotal option in the initial export would be a MASSIVE time-saver in our daily processes.

Delete all tasks linked to archived contacts
When a recruit is archived, tasks that are linked to that contact should automatically be removed from the task list instead of remaining on the list with the "Linked to" column showing "[Deleted Contact]".

Create an additional status of IN PROCESS which would be an alternative to RETURNED or APPROVED. Agents and TCs don't like the folders returned unless there is an issue with one of the documents already uploaded. IN PROCESS could mean that all docs uploaded are approved but there are still missing required documents to come further along in the transaction.

Update Last Contacted in Recruit or Associate Card with SmartPlan Touch Actions (Email, Task SMS, Touch Task, Call Task)
For tasks or emails done through SmartPlans should update the Last Contacted for a recruit. Whether it's a touch task, SMS task (since Twilio is not yet supported in CommandMC), email, or call task, it should be considered contacting the recruit. Otherwise, we will have to double input by using "Add Activity" in the Timeline or not count emails as a touch.

Show KWRI Expenses in Command (MAPS, Events, Trainings, Marketplace)
I would like a portal for the agent to see all of their KWRI expenses - MAPS/EVENTS/TRAINING/MARKETPLACE with name, date charged, etc. There is not one place for them to collect that information at year end currently and they have to email multiple departments to get their expenses

The "Close Date" in transactions needs to feed from the Estimated Closing Date in Opportunities
The agent is not able to change the "closing date" in opportunities once submitted. They can change the Estimated Closing Date. When we had WinMore we had to manually go in and change closing dates once they were updated - I was hoping the Command MC would alleviate that process but as it is it actually has made it a longer process. If the Close Date in Transactions would feed from the Estimated Closing Date in Opportunities it would make the Projected Closing report accurate without having to manually change it. Thanks

Allow Any Name in Referral Field
In recruit card for the lead source referral you can only add a name of a current KW agent/leader. We get recruit referrals from other individuals (affiliate partners, prior KW agents etc.) It would be helpful to add the name of the actual referring individual.

MC Sites - Agent Attribution on Listings
Listing agent information is not showing up on any listings viewed through Market Center sites. Though it was explained to me that this functionality is reserved primarily for agent sites (and the regular KW site), I feel it belies the "Your listings, your leads" principle in terms of helping our agents garner more visibility throughout the platform.
Would it be possible at some future point to include agent-attribution on listings at MC sites?

Associate paid as an inside referral
Associate paid as an inside referral. We pay the Productivity Coach as the inside referral and the closed reports do not have an option to filter on what the PC has been paid on.

Regional Progress Report
For Regional leadership, one aggregate report under the PROGRESS TAB, that shows the progress for the region as a whole and then the option to breakdown that progress by each market center. As of now, you would have to click through each market center.
12 votesCould you explain which metrics you would like to track progress for? The Month End Close tracker includes Totals for all Market Centers at the bottom, including for Agent Count, Gross, Net, Appointments, and Key Financial numbers.

Incorporate AI into KW Reports with Prompts
Would be amazing to incorporate and an AI prompt where a team leader or leadership staff member could just type or talk out the parameters of a report and it would spit it out.
