To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 


How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. When an agent joins us there is no option for them to select Mandarin or Cantonese as a second language. The only option is Chinese...but there's no such language. It's Mandarin or Cantonese, and they are vastly different languages.

  2. When logging activities in the timeline of an associate or recruit in command mc or in the contact record of command, if you are manually logging multiple items in the same day, they do not stay in order. For example:

    The Order Activities are Entered:
    Text 1(sent)
    Text 2 (Received)
    Text 3 (sent)

    The order they are shown in the timeline is as follows:
    Text 2 (received)
    Text 3 (sent)
    Text 1 (sent)

    This makes it very difficult to follow notes, texts, conversations being logged. The activities should be in the order entered

  3. After 1099's are released, MCA's receive multiple requests from VR agents asking for their user name so they can log in and access their Profit Share 1099 - PLEASE make this visable to us!

  4. Make the Blog Page that is available in agent and team websites available to MC websites. We have the ability to write a blog but no way to neatly display them. For us, we're planning to use these blog posts to showcase our training classes for the month. We don't want to create a new page for recurring classes, but this method would allow us to select or deselect those we want to feature so agents can see what's going on in the coming weeks for training and then can click for a more detailed description of the class.

  6. Every month during transmittal time we have the 3 days we wait for transmittal to finish, then have to wait and check, wait and check, wait and check to see if report are finished. By now I assume you have the statistical data to know how long the report monster takes to churn out the millions of PDF reports. What if... you had a status tracker (just like the Dominos Pizza app) that shows you a progress bar from Transmittal Day 1 to Final Report delivery showing estimated time and current status!?!?!?

  7. We have several vendors in our red carpet vendor program that do not fit into any of the pre-made categories in the Vendor Type list. So to input them, we would have to put them in an incorrect category. If we do not have the option to add custom categories (preferred solution), is there a way you can add "Other" as a category for those vendors that don't fit into the ones KW gives as an option?

  8. Within Command Vendors, please add an option for Transaction Coordinator. We have 4 outside independent TCs that are commonly used by our agents.

    As Command is now, every time they fill in their info in the Commission opportunity section, it's duplicating records.

  9. On the CommandMC Opportunity dashboard, compliance events that have more than one version have a small icon of a clock. It would be so helpful to those doing compliance review if that icon also appeared when reviewing the opportunity next to the name of each compliance event. We use "add version" for back-up offers and rejected offers frequently and need a reminder within the opportunity to check the other versions when multiple exist.

  10. This would be used by Market Center Leadership to connect with Associates in the Market Center. It would add people to the smart plan when the associate is activated and vice versa. The value add would be to everyone in the market center, leadership - time savings and another touch to agents, and a value add to the agents.

  11. Please! We had these beautiful emails going out when using hubspot. Now we're back to the stone ages. Please add the ability for HTML emails in Smartplans.

  12. We need to have the ability to search Market Center Opportunities by a date range, last updated, and closed. Need to be able to save the custom filters and modify columns just like contacts.

  15. Now that we are using Command to Onboard new Agents, could we also add in a similar method for the Declination process of Vested Associates?

    So similar to onboarding, (we now can send an invite link, the new Associate walks through prompts, there's a video of Jay Papasan explaining Profit Share, and so on...)

    Can KWRI develop a similar portal for the Profit Share declination process?

    For example, when someone says they do not want to be in the KW PS program, we would send them the secure link, which also cc's back to KWRI's MCA Division Support.

  16. Would be great to be able to transfer a recruit to another MC while retaining the contact history and referral source from one MC to another and have it show up in "inbound leads" to the receiving MC. Every once in a while, we meet with someone out of area and call those offices to refer. Would be convenient to do so in Command and could help in event of agents who move etc.

  17. Would be great to add a field when we are removing associate in MC Command, asking where the agent went... Referral, C21, RE/MAX etc. And then later, it would be great to have reports showing summary of where our agents went!

  18. We have rainmakers who want compliance emails to go to their admin but everything is pulled from one email in kw white pages for leads and such that should be separated. The rainmaker's profile for kw.com should be their email address and command emails for compliance should have another spot to put an administrative email address.

  20. Currently- the activity options are solely Call, Meeting or Text. Would like an option to log an activity for Email that might not have necessarily been through a campaign. (i.e, an agent conversation)
