Add to SmartPlan Trigger: Associate Activated
This would be used by Market Center Leadership to connect with Associates in the Market Center. It would add people to the smart plan when the associate is activated and vice versa. The value add would be to everyone in the market center, leadership - time savings and another touch to agents, and a value add to the agents.

Add SmartViews for Opportunities
We need to have the ability to search Market Center Opportunities by a date range, last updated, and closed. Need to be able to save the custom filters and modify columns just like contacts.

Refreshed Recruit Metrics Reporting
Look at the different reports that Broker Metrics can create and create them for Command. Give ever agent the ability to pull town, county, area comparison. Agent to Agent comparison. Office to Office comparison, Brokerage to Brokerage comparison. See agent counts for different brokerage. Possible at some point making some of these reports a simple button click(ie Company info, brokerage info, team, agent) but also still keeping the option for on the fly boolean search.

Recently Active in Command Column
Similar to how we can see when our contacts/clients were last logged into our agent site, it would be great for MC Leadership to know when the associate was last active in their Command. This would help the market center tailor conversations to those agents and drive our metrics

Show Team Information on Associate Record
It would be SO helpful to see if an agent is on a team when looking at their associate record (Command MC). This will avoid searching the teams section to find out if they're on a team and what team they're on.

Allow Typing in License Dates for Joining Portal
When new associates are inputting their lic information in the Join in Process part - they input their license dates, YET THE CALENDAR DOES NOT LET YOU TYPE IN DATE - you have to CLICK THROUGH EACH MONTH TO FUTURE YEARS. Why cant the calendar accept a typed in date?

AI Compliance Review
There's an AI system for lawyers called Spellbook Legal that reviews contracts. This would be very intuitive to develop for compliance review in opportunities either for just the market center side or even for an agent when they submit the contract for review. If you could just adjust the code per market center and definitely state so that each mc could customize what their ai looks and returns for. This would free up a lot of time and allow mc leadership to focus on more delivering the value proposition.

Combine Checklist Tasks and Other Tasks
Combine the view for Checklist Tasks and Other Tasks for ease and less clicks. Also allows for quicker/easier task adding. No need to have to different "classes" of tasks. All must be done.

Hello! My Team Leader has had a KW RE Business for over a decade and has previously used her personal command for her business...so it's connected to her facebook. We have a KW Facebook but It would be better if we could connect that to Command MC and run campaigns through that!

Add to SmartPlan Trigger: Inbound Lead
it would be great to be able to automatically trigger a recruiting smart plan based on a new inbound lead be it from locations.kw.com or a mass import with the same tag or simply to target a specific brokerage or group of contacts.

Transfer Recruit to Another MC
Would be great to be able to transfer a recruit to another MC while retaining the contact history and referral source from one MC to another and have it show up in "inbound leads" to the receiving MC. Every once in a while, we meet with someone out of area and call those offices to refer. Would be convenient to do so in Command and could help in event of agents who move etc.

Vested Renewal Declination Offboarding Portal
Now that we are using Command to Onboard new Agents, could we also add in a similar method for the Declination process of Vested Associates?
So similar to onboarding, (we now can send an invite link, the new Associate walks through prompts, there's a video of Jay Papasan explaining Profit Share, and so on...)
Can KWRI develop a similar portal for the Profit Share declination process?
For example, when someone says they do not want to be in the KW PS program, we would send them the secure link, which also cc's back to KWRI's MCA Division Support.

Add Additional Beneficiary when Onboarding
Now that agents must add themselves to Command. There should be an option for them to add more than one beneficiary. They should have the option to add another person if necessary. The button could say add one more or next (for the next screen).

Add Multiple Versions Icon inside Opportunity Documents Tab beside Events
On the CommandMC Opportunity dashboard, compliance events that have more than one version have a small icon of a clock. It would be so helpful to those doing compliance review if that icon also appeared when reviewing the opportunity next to the name of each compliance event. We use "add version" for back-up offers and rejected offers frequently and need a reminder within the opportunity to check the other versions when multiple exist.
