  1. MC Staff Team SmartViews

    Since recruiting is a team effort, allowing the ability for MC staff team members to make SmartViews shareable would be a huge benefit. If one person needs to make the SmartView, when they go to save that view, there can be an option to "share with team". Which could be selected as a check box. This would allow for the creation of both personal and team views.

  2. We are looking to clean up our MC Task list and it would be very helpful to see when the task was created so we can identify the tasks that are new and still relevant and tasks that have been outstanding so long that it is no longer relevant.

  3. For certain SmartPlans I manage, I have tasks to follow up with KSCORE students via text to check on their progress or interest in the program. However, when I remove a student from the SmartPlan, the associated tasks sometimes still appear if they were scheduled for that day or a future due date. It would be helpful to have some form of identifier on the task, indicating that the student is no longer on the SmartPlan that originally created the task. This way, if the task still needs to be completed, it remains active, but if it’s no longer necessary,…

  4. When an agent joins us there is no option for them to select Mandarin or Cantonese as a second language. The only option is Chinese...but there's no such language. It's Mandarin or Cantonese, and they are vastly different languages.

  5. Make the Blog Page that is available in agent and team websites available to MC websites. We have the ability to write a blog but no way to neatly display them. For us, we're planning to use these blog posts to showcase our training classes for the month. We don't want to create a new page for recurring classes, but this method would allow us to select or deselect those we want to feature so agents can see what's going on in the coming weeks for training and then can click for a more detailed description of the class.

Compliance Checklists (Sort, prioritize or hidden option) Can we have an option that allows us at the MC level in the admin section to either: SORT the checklists to PRIORITIZE them based on our MC needs or HIDE outdated/replaced checklists? We do not want to remove old checklists, but the issue we run into is the agent comes into their folder, clicks the drop down and selects the first option they see (even if we rename the checklist to DO NOT USE).   9. MC Site Admins want options to hide certain MC Associates from dynamically populating on their public-facing MC Site roster page ("Our Agents").

    Primary examples are the MC's ProCoach accounts, which are not real "human" Agents.

  10. When logging activities in the timeline of an associate or recruit in command mc or in the contact record of command, if you are manually logging multiple items in the same day, they do not stay in order. For example:

    The Order Activities are Entered:
    Text 1(sent)
    Text 2 (Received)
    Text 3 (sent)

    The order they are shown in the timeline is as follows:
    Text 2 (received)
    Text 3 (sent)
    Text 1 (sent)

    This makes it very difficult to follow notes, texts, conversations being logged. The activities should be in the order entered

  11. Would be amazing to incorporate and an AI prompt where a team leader or leadership staff member could just type or talk out the parameters of a report and it would spit it out.

  15. Every month during transmittal time we have the 3 days we wait for transmittal to finish, then have to wait and check, wait and check, wait and check to see if report are finished. By now I assume you have the statistical data to know how long the report monster takes to churn out the millions of PDF reports. What if... you had a status tracker (just like the Dominos Pizza app) that shows you a progress bar from Transmittal Day 1 to Final Report delivery showing estimated time and current status!?!?!?

  17. Look at the different reports that Broker Metrics can create and create them for Command. Give ever agent the ability to pull town, county, area comparison. Agent to Agent comparison. Office to Office comparison, Brokerage to Brokerage comparison. See agent counts for different brokerage. Possible at some point making some of these reports a simple button click(ie Company info, brokerage info, team, agent) but also still keeping the option for on the fly boolean search.

  18. We have several vendors in our red carpet vendor program that do not fit into any of the pre-made categories in the Vendor Type list. So to input them, we would have to put them in an incorrect category. If we do not have the option to add custom categories (preferred solution), is there a way you can add "Other" as a category for those vendors that don't fit into the ones KW gives as an option?

  19. On the CommandMC Opportunity dashboard, compliance events that have more than one version have a small icon of a clock. It would be so helpful to those doing compliance review if that icon also appeared when reviewing the opportunity next to the name of each compliance event. We use "add version" for back-up offers and rejected offers frequently and need a reminder within the opportunity to check the other versions when multiple exist.

  20. Within Command Vendors, please add an option for Transaction Coordinator. We have 4 outside independent TCs that are commonly used by our agents.

    As Command is now, every time they fill in their info in the Commission opportunity section, it's duplicating records.
