Request for Enhancement: Correct Classification of Solo Agents in Top Associates Report
A discrepancy has been identified in the "Top Associates Report" where Solo Agents are being misclassified. This occurs when a Solo Agent is configured as a "Team" within the Team Management system, despite the team's only other member(s) being an Unlicensed Admin. As a result, the reporting tool incorrectly places these individuals under the "Teams" or "Groups" category, rather than classifying them as "Solo Agents."
This misclassification appears to stem from a lack of seamless data integration between the Reporting Tool and the Team Management system. The reporting logic currently identifies an agent as part of a team solely based…

Show Production Reports in Associate Record
It would make it a lot easier to have their production within their profile. Our agents sometimes have a quick question regarding their DA and to be more efficient instead of having to search for the property in transactions for an immediate answer, it would be amazing to have it accessible right in their profile. This could also help if an agent may need another copy or simply a breakdown of their production so they can track it as well.

Hide Personal Home Mailing Address in Directory
The new Directory feature within Command MC currently displays associates’ personal home mailing addresses. I would like to request that personal home mailing addresses not appear in the Directory.

Enhance Email Outreach Management in the 'Find An Agent' Tool

Highlight the area needing attention
It would be very helpful to highlight the specific area of the document that requires attention or where information may be missing. This is especially important for documents that do not include line numbers along the side. Doing so would allow agents to quickly locate the issue or omission and address it more efficiently, helping ensure that any necessary corrections are completed promptly.

Awards for Large/Small Teams
In our region, we have alot of Mega groups - think 30+ people. I have in my MCs a bunch of smaller groups (under 10 people) that do impressive numbers but they will never get recognized for awards because the mega teams just outproduce them significantly. I'd like to see us filter our groups based on agent count of the team so that the smaller groups can get some recognition as well.

Associate Sales Transaction Detail
It would be wonderful if we could pull the Associate Sales Transaction Detail report by closed PERIOD, instead of closed DATE.
As agents ask for (or trying to pull) a transaction list that matches their 1099, the closed PERIOD option would allow for a report to match their 1099. Pulling by closed DATE doesn't always work if they had a property closed at the end of December, but it wasn't processed until after month-end, making it count for the new year.2 votes -

Allow Only MCA and AMCA to Hit Month End Close Button
Limit Month End Close to MCA & AMCA ONLY. Having the button available for anyone with MC Leader status is a HUGE risk. Please "gray out" the button for all other leadership roles.

Bulk Action: Edit License Expiration Dates
In my state, all licensees have the same expiration date and renew their licenses at the same time every 2 years. It would be helpful to be able to bulk edit license expirations so I can change the date for every agent in one click, instead of going into every single associate, changing the date, saving it, then scrolling back down the associate list to the next person, repeat...thank you :)

Separate Groups and Teams in Market Center Rankings Reports
Add Teams Rank Metric in Rankings Within Market Center report. The report currently combines teams and groups into one. The existing Rankings Within Market Center report in MyKW allows you to choose from Individuals, Individual Teams, Teams, and Groups. The migrated report omits Teams (Non-Individual).

Appointments Reminder Modal during Month End Close
I would love to see a prompt when you close the month asking if your appointment numbers are correct before actually closing the month. All other sections - # of contracts, listings, agent count, CO$ - they all tie back to something else but appointments do not. I miss being able to double check that part like Winmore used to ask us.

Ability to add Comments to the DA
We utilize this area to indicate breakdown of commissions and transaction fees or concessions since it is not detailed on the CDA itself and only lists the adjusted GCI.
In addition, we would like to NOW be able to indicate if the Seller, Buyer, or combination of both are paying said commission.
Having this in the comments, rather than adding them separately after printing the pdf ensures this information stays with the CDA in the event it is revised.

resource page for each market center
Would love a place to be able to upload office docs and resources specific to our market center (like a link or file bank we can build out for our agents). Maybe put the resource page link in the dropdown under the agents name in the top right corner? Would be super helpful to have everything they need in one place right in Command.

Allow CC Section for SmartPlan Emails
For some operations within our Market Center, an email being sent to a new agent and copying other leadership members is the notice to begin getting in connection with that new agent. For example, our DAS will send an initial email inviting them to Orientation and will copy our Productivity Coach to give them the heads-up on reaching out and getting connected for new agent training.
It would be great to have the option to copy other emails or leadership associates to an email within a SmartPlan for them to be in the loop or receive any email replies.

Commission Request Status on Compliance Applet overview
When searching opportunities through Compliance Applet, I would also like to see the status of the commission request. Is it submitted, opened, terminated?
We still have to go through full opportunity or search multiple times for one transactions to find if it's fully compliant.13 votes -
"on track" for capping
Under the cap & Split section - it should have an additional bar for "pending" CO$ & Roylaty that has not yet closed (as long as closing is before roll over date). And it should indicate if the associate is on track to cap or if they are off target.

To be able to edit vendors information. Some things might change or there may be duplicates spelled incorrectly. This is a huge pain. Please fix this.
