How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.

  1. When we remove associates from the market center, the recruit card maintains their KW.com email address instead of reverting to the email that was used during their initial recruiting process. Since the KW email address is deactivated 30 days after they are removed, which becomes problematic when we attempt to re-recruit them.

  2. When the CDA is printed, include today's date automatically as well as include an uploaded signature based on the user. This would save time from opening the .pdf, adding the date and signature, then re-saving the file.

  3. I need to be able to see an agents side of the work flow on their commissions tab so I can assist and help point them in the right direction when they are creating their commission tab.

  4. In reporting, the ability to compare TY to LY and percent change. Currently we export to excel

    Would be a great way to keep a simple pulse on how each agent is doing!

  5. When there is a concession on a transaction, the concession does not show on page 1 of the DA. It only shows on page 2, making it appear that the Gross commission amounts don't match. This is an issue with Title Companies, with some returning the DA, thinking it's an error.

  6. In the Associates tab of Command MC - let's be able to click at the top on the production tab and have it filter into a top down production level of all of our associates. A year to date top down with a click!

  7. We need a space where private documents need to be uploaded and signed by the Broker of Records. This ability exists in the three other folders, Listed, Under Contract and Closed. The user can simply select an uploaded document and then click "Sign documents" at the top of the page.

  8. We would like to be able to sort by month easily for any date column in reports. If a date column is added, clicking in the filter box there is a bunch of different ways to sort but there is no field to sort by a specific month. You can click the timeframe and click say all of the September month/year but when you have been open a long time, this is quite time consuming. Adding a tab there for month would be very helpful. I can see a case use for searching by a particular month for every date…

  9. We manage several other systems when an agent offboards with our Brokerage. It would be nice if we could have pipeline tasks for active associates. For example, we remove the associates access to our office's Facebook group. It would be nice to track these steps in Command.

  10. Instead of logging into Agent Command, MC Leadership should have the option to sign in directly to the CommandMC Dashboard & Include a tasks widget on the CommandMC Dashboards.

  11. If a deposit is edited, the system should track, and show, the changes made to the deposit. IE the transactions added or removed.

  12. We need the ability to merge vendors - or at the very least, prohibit agents from creating multiple. Use the EIN as the check. This is very important for co-brokers

  13. In an office with nearly 300 agents, it is hard to determine who the Opportunity belongs to since they removed the agent name in the line item view of Opportunities. It would save a lot of time if we don't heave to search for the agents name every time I need to process an Opportunity.

  14. I would like to see the ability to print multiple transaction ids at once as we were able to in Winmore with DAs. I have agents whose accountants would like all of their transactions printed and emailed.

  15. Our staff is being assigned tasks from our Onboarding Smartplans, but our staff has to click through to get to the "other tasks". I've seen that you guys are working on making that less clicks. I also think we need a push notification, command notification, or an email to notifiy them that they have a new task assigned to them.

  17. On DAs with outside referrals split between more than one associate, the printed DA no longer adds the amounts together. It would be helpful if the DA had to total amount of the referral being deducted from each associate as one line item on the DA.

  18. It was be amazing if the system would not allow agents to put all zeros in as the EIN number. Is there a way to not let them add the vendor if they use 00-0000000. We have no way of knowing this has occurred until we go to do the 1099's and it causes a lot of back and forth searching to correct.
