  1. Many agents have an old or inaccessible recovery email address on their associate record. Adding that column to the associate dashboard, or providing a report listing that info, will enable market centers to proactively audit and update these addresses to AVOID a repeat of the password reset issues experienced recently.

  2. If a Market Center has a MLS ID, do not allow the system to let that MLS ID be added to any other CommandMC. Allowing duplicates is causing all kinds of listings issues when another MC adds it accidentally. This means associates cannot find their listings to submit offers.

  3. Stop sending out notifications to the agents when KW fees are added the DA. They are getting these notifications, even if you don't add them. They are for the KW Cares, KW Next Gen, and BOLD. I have had several agents contact me freaking out as they have not signed up for these deductions, and we didn't enter anything in for those fields. Just turn it off or if the agent wants to add it, then a notification should be sent in Command that the MCA is notified that the agent added it, and only then. I have had several…

  4. We would like the ability for the OP to customize/limit the access roles have to CommandMC applets. KWRI would set the standard access points for an assigned role, and the OP would have the ability to remove/limit access to specific applets that may not pertain to that role within their MC. Example, MC Leader role allows edit access to Recruits, Reports, Transactions, Accounting, and … The individuals with MC Leader role in this example MC do not need nor would the OP like for them have edit access to Transactions and Accounting, so the OP can remove access to Transactions…

  5. Deductions. For recurring deductions. There should be a total gross amount. With each transaction any amount paid toward that should reduce that amount until it gets to "zero" and the deduction stops.

  6. Please show the breakdown of "additional deductions" on the commission tab within a transaction. currently, you have to click the "Edit" button to see the individual deductions that make up "Additional Deductions". Thank you!

  7. Need to adjust the allowed decimals from the current two to four. This is due to the various fees for business license per locality.

  8. Allow the Compliance Coordinator Role to have access to Transactions. Our transactions processing team needs this to do their job, but they should not have access to all the items an MC Leader has such as our full Recruiting pipeline. Seems silly that the role that is in charge of processing deals and transactions doesn't have access to this part of the program.

  9. when choosing filter for dates...rather than having to select each month for a report showing Last 12 Months, can LTM be an option like selecting last quarter or last month

  10. We would like to be able to sort by month easily for any date column in reports. If a date column is added, clicking in the filter box there is a bunch of different ways to sort but there is no field to sort by a specific month. You can click the timeframe and click say all of the September month/year but when you have been open a long time, this is quite time consuming. Adding a tab there for month would be very helpful. I can see a case use for searching by a particular month for every date…

  11. We have a new agent that joined our market center and we are in the process of making business cards. We don't have a way to look up his agent website without asking him directly. It's not listed in white pages nor Command MC in his associate card. It would be nice to have the agent website address listed in Command MC under the contact information section instead of having to ask the agent for their KW Website Address.

  12. When I was at Family Reunion this year, I spent some time at the Command MC area and we tried to get certain reports created but were unable to, so they asked me to submit a request.

    Please add the option to use the agent's personal email to all reports, many agents do not use their KW email. Or can you create a report with the following parameters: Agent Name, Personal Email, Production, Time Frame. Cheers Nate

  14. Once a closing happens an auto email will send to the co-op agent. Thanking them for the transaction.

  15. When creating and submitting a transaction from an agent Opportunity within a team, make sure the commission amounts after the split are only visible to the connected agent, keeping the commission values of other agents confidential. Usually, in large teams, the team admins will be responsible to create that Opportunity and enter all of the commission details so that agents don't know about the splits.

  16. For CommandMC email designs there is no option for pretty email designs and just text only. Would love to see a feature to import email designs into CommandMC.

  17. Add the ability to export to CSV and PDF the Associates Tab. We would be able to export a Top Down Report with agent's email and phone number. Great for targeting the roster based on production level.

  18. We need to be able to add 1 agent to more than 1 team for multiple reasons.

    1 example, I have a licensed admin who splits her time 50/50 between 2 teams. She needs to be on both teams.

    2nd exampe, I have multiple teams who use the in house PC program for their new team members. I need to be able to add them onto the team AND onto the ProCoach team.

  19. We have a very diverse office which includes several people who go by their middle names and other preferred names, however, they still need to be paid out through their legal name.

    Currently, the Disbursement Authorizations only pull from the main Associate Name for their profile rather than the "Associate Legal Name" field. This is crucial to ensure that our agents are being paid correctly and saves us from having to update their main Associate Name in their profile when they have a transaction.
