How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.

  1. It was be amazing if the system would not allow agents to put all zeros in as the EIN number. Is there a way to not let them add the vendor if they use 00-0000000. We have no way of knowing this has occurred until we go to do the 1099's and it causes a lot of back and forth searching to correct.

  2. Change how agents input the outside referral, not by searching, or adding by the agent name, but searching /adding the brokerage, (where the MCA can have the broker / vendor library built, with the EIN already set up) then add the referring agent name as a separate, non-linked field. When agents move to other brokerages, that will cut down on maintenance of that library, and the MCA's will ensure the correct W9 information is used for the outside brokerages.

  3. Currently, the default property search page currently is Austin TX, Headquarters. This is confusing for consumers when they get to our MC site that is not located in Texas. All MC/BC sites should default to their franchise address.

  4. MC Admins used to be able to move from one Opportunity to another with Opportunity Name being the default search setting if that’s what we had used in the previous search. (Which it always is). Now it keeps reverting to Address which we never use because it’s not good at finding Opportunities. Can we get this ability back too?

  5. Please build the ability to SORT the data in the Transactions applet by both date submitted and by closing date. Our MC sends commission invoices on behalf of our agents, and with the elimination of the Commission tab, it is incredibly difficult to track what has been submitted and processed versus what has not. Thank you.

  6. The percentage based deductions so far are not automatically updating when the commission changes and/or a referral is added to the commission. It would be very beneficial to have that automatically update as many of our agents are signed up for automatic percentage deductions into our agent savings account.

  7. Market Centers have specific documentation and questions they would like to include in the Onboarding process for new Associates. Adding forms, custom questions, and the ability to customize the Onboarding email that is sent is requested.

  8. Please add the filter options “Property Type” and “Classification” for compliance requests. When reviewing compliance items, I often need to sort by those specific criteria, and having these filters available would greatly improve the review process.

  9. Have the capability to remove or edit tags created for Recruit Tags that is not personally owned. When a staff member leaves KW, the tags they created are still present.

  10. Link to be able to Print All Reports at once at Month End just like winmore had this option instead of us having to click each. This will save time and help with not forgetting to print certain ones

When a recruit is moved to the “committed” stage of the recruiting pipeline, have a setting in Smartplans that will allow that pipeline movement to stop active recruiting Smartplans from going to that recruit. Example: Susan is a recruit that says “yes” to the kw office. When Susan is moved to the “committed” stage of the pipeline, the active Smartplans going to her as a recruit would end. Then, once Susan onboards, she can be effectively added to associate-based Smartplans. This automatic function would be a time saver and also help us stay on top of the communication she is…

  12. MCA Dept would like a "Send Confetti" to associate who has just capped. When they log into their Command, a "Congratulations You Are Now Capped!"... message appears to celebrate their achievement.

  13. In reporting, the ability to compare TY to LY and percent change. Currently we export to excel

  15. When approving documents the pop up for "your document has been successfully uploaded" stays for too long. I cant click through it like I could the old pop up.

  16. Our Market Center relies exclusively on Command for document submissions and compliance coordination. A major problem we face is that agents frequently miss Command notifications regarding returned documents, often due to the high volume of emails they receive, or Command app notifications being dismissed due to the inability to view compliance requests effectively through the app.

    My suggestion is to add a dashboard applet displaying the compliance status of upcoming completions to the Agents Command homepage. This could include completions within the next two to three weeks, or perhaps the next four to five completions regardless of date. It's unclear…

  17. I recommend verifying the property address using the auto-fill feature at the very beginning of the transaction. Waiting until you're creating or accepting an offer can cause unnecessary delays and prevent you from moving forward to the Commission tab. Taking a few extra seconds upfront will save you time later in the process!

  19. Please provide an option to sync the email details from the KW Insights record to the Recruit record. Currently, when a record is linked to a recruit, the email address from the linked record does not populate in the recruit card. We’d like to have the ability for the email field to automatically pull into the recruit card when the records are linked.

  20. When we remove associates from the market center, the recruit card maintains their KW.com email address instead of reverting to the email that was used during their initial recruiting process. Since the KW email address is deactivated 30 days after they are removed, which becomes problematic when we attempt to re-recruit them.
