If a kw agent in any office is a co listing agent they should at the very least see the opportunity in their pipeline too.

Office needs to be able to edit any owner regardless of team as all the contracts are written to the office and if an agent leaves the business it needs to be transferred to another agent or if market centers merge they need to be able to migrate paperwork without losing clients

Year could be an issue as it may be flagged as discrimination in the US courts.
Leases and some sales are paid out in portions especially leasing there may be options/renewals that need to be billed for over years and having to create new transactions is a pain and confuses compliance as its the same transaction covered by the original agreement. There needs to be at least for leasing a way to delineate a multi pay out structure to allow the MCA to generate an invoice right from command and either mail it or email it to the clients on the dates or execution of these options but keep it with the same transaction as its part of the original paperwork and not a new transaction.
