Keller Williams thrives on collaboration. We invite you to share your ideas for new Command features and help shape the future KW technology.

To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. Allow for smart plans to be organized in folders or with tags. I want to be able to search through my smartplans the same way I can search through my contacts.

  2. We desperately need proper invoicing for international KW Members, such as the Germany Region.

    The current card receipt is non compliant with our accounting laws, therefore we're not allowed to book these and it has negative impact on our taxes.
    And if we do, we risk being reprimanded by tax authorities.

    Please fix this.

    Basically I've until June to get this figured out, or else I won't be able to file VAT Taxes for…

  3. Add the 'offers' section to the commissions tab just like in buyers/listings. Many applications are submitted for tenants. We are required to log offers just like any other transaction. In addition, several programs require agents to let the case managers know what properties the tenants receiving assistance have applied to. It would be great to export them or be able to screenshot all offers to lease submitted when managing so many applications.

  5. Right now I have to create a room outside of command in order to pull tax information. This should also be included when I create a room from command.

  6. We often have scenarios in probate situations where there are 4 or 5 siblings selling their parents home. DocuSign only pushes 2 of those to the envelope and I have to add the rest.

  7. I would like a map search function in Command, similar to what is in MLS's and home search apps. So that if I have a Listing at 123 Main St, I can draw a circle around that address, and it will show me everyone I have in my Database who is within that search area so I can contact them specifically about my Listing. Or Farming, or mailers, or any other numerous options to find my contacts by geographic areas.

  8. There is no way to search for duplicate contacts in the lead pool. The database cleanup tool only identifies and allows you to easily merge duplicate contacts in the main database.

    In order to ensure there are not duplicate leads created for existing clients in the database, the lead pool should be included in the duplicate detection and contact merging feature.

  9. It would be great to be able to easily merge similar or redundant lead sources.

    If agents accidentally create a duplicate lead source (i.e., "For Sale By Owner" instead of "FSBO"), the current process to manage lead sources is very cumbersome.

    A multi-step process is required to merge these redundant lead sources. First, all contacts must be manually re-assigned to the correct lead source, one-by-one. Only then, can you delete the duplicate agent created lead source from the system.

  10. Currently we have over 100 system lead sources, some of which are not applicable to many agents' businesses.

    It would be great to be able to hide the system created lead sources from showing up as an option in the pick list when entering a new contact.

  11. Profit share reports are now maintained on My KW. Since Retirees don't have access to Command, they will need another way to access this information when reports move over to Command.

  12. I believe that the events widget for the home screen should be on a timer and auto shuffle through all of the available events, which would bring more attention to the events that are posted.

  14. The "Total Units" field on the commission tab sits under the property information. This is confusing to agents as when agents think of "Units" they think of apartments not sales. So agents are putting 3 units for a 3 Family Home. This needs increased clarity on what belongs there, and should default to 1.

  15. Allow the use of merge tags in the email composer. That way, we can send a simple email and customize it to the contact instead of making it generic for everyone.

  17. There should be a pop-up alert if additional contacts in the lead pool match the specified search criteria.

    If you want to search for a contact name, you must currently search your contacts and then toggle to the lead pool and perform the search again. This is cumbersome. A simple alert if there are matching results in the lead pool could save this additional step.

    This could be designed similar to how the system alerts you if there are contacts in your personal account that match the specified search criteria when searching under your team account.

  18. Right now you can only have 2 contacts assigned to any particular opportunity. However with the increase in Polyamourous, multigenerational and Parents helping Kids I would like to be able to attach more than 2 contacts to the opportunity. 3-4 contacts may be a decent amount as anything above that may be rare.

  19. When I schedule an event from command in google calendar it would be very helpful if that event would show in timeline or tasks rather than having to create a second record to show the meeting.

  20. I would like the ability to print the timeline tab of an opportunity. This allows me to see all of the logged activities in one sheet to my agents instead of sending them multiple screenshots.
