To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.

  1. Currently it is not possible to access the Parties To The Transaction for an opportunity within the Command App. Agents often need to contact the lender, title company, or inspector on the go, and it is critical to have access to this contact information within the app.

  2. People want to see different contact information when you pull up a contact in Command. My experience developing applications & UI has always been a best practice to have as few clicks or physical interaction/navigation as possible.

    To minimize scrolling and see what each agent values as pertinent contact information when the contact is displayed, we should be able to modify the layout of the information on a contact card. For instance, the address is not in view nor is the 'About' section. We should be able to organize the subsections in a contact card.

  3. Embed do not call list into command so that it will automatically populate agent's contacts if phone numbers match. Automatically prevent calls to those numbers.

  4. Smart Plan Email Type "Designs" for Team agents do not have an option to include "Contact.First.Name" - This exists for Independent/Individual agents not on a team (or Personal profiles of a rainmaker). This option would help improve emails by giving it a personal touch to the recipient.

  5. It would be extremely helpful if we had merge tags for agent phone numbers in SmartPlans. I work on a team, and I have to create duplicate smart plans for each agent, with the only difference being their cell number. If we can have merge tags for agent names, why not phone numbers too?

  7. Have a field for: Referral? "yes" or "no"

    If yes, another field opens up to have the Referring agent's contact information entered so it links to the client, and another field for either $ or %. If there's no referral fee involved, someone can just put 0 (zero). Once an opportunity is created, that information would populate, and the agent could click a toggle to push it to the DA.

    This would help keep track of referrals easier so they wouldn't have a chance to get overlooked and missed. This would also be a great way to track where referrals…

  8. I believe that the events widget for the home screen should be on a timer and auto shuffle through all of the available events, which would bring more attention to the events that are posted.

  10. Right now you can only have 2 contacts assigned to any particular opportunity. However with the increase in Polyamourous, multigenerational and Parents helping Kids I would like to be able to attach more than 2 contacts to the opportunity. 3-4 contacts may be a decent amount as anything above that may be rare.

  11. When I schedule an event from command in google calendar it would be very helpful if that event would show in timeline or tasks rather than having to create a second record to show the meeting.

  12. I would like the ability to print the timeline tab of an opportunity. This allows me to see all of the logged activities in one sheet to my agents instead of sending them multiple screenshots.

  15. Let agents edit their own license expiration date. It's something they can see on their profile but can only notify the office to change on their behalf. This is kind of a pain for the MCA to constantly update in the system if an agent can easily update the info themselves

  17. KWW agents want to see the currency in the Opportunities applet reflect as their country's respective currency rather than USD.

    In this case, for the Philippines, they want to see it reflect as peso.

  20. Teams are able to add assignees to opportunities so both agents are able to see the opportunity. Single agents should have the option to add agents in their market center to their opportunities if they are splitting the deal or working as a mentor on the deal. This way the other agent can have access to the whole opportunity and see the documents.
