  1. Create one button to do delete in bulk tags.

    I imported over 500 contacts, and it was imported wrong. Each contact has the wrong tag. Instead of labels they got imported as tags. Now I have a as many tags as II do contacts! All bad tags that takes more then 3 clicks to delete each tag.

    Now what do I do? Go through my tags individually to "FIX" my import ERROR?

  2. When looking at the results of an email campaign, they are listed in no particular order and there is no way to sort or search the results. If an agent needs to search to see if a Contact either received or opened an email, one must scroll through the entire list and manually search. Not time efficient and there is no reason it should be so time intensive to search for results for a contact. Timeline does not include the email nor any indication if opened. This should be basic functionality, not a feature request.

  3. if i go to add a contact who has already been archived i would like to push a button and have them un-archived currently you have to log out and go into archived contacts and find the contact and restore them. too much time

  4. Can we please make it very easy to know if an agent has been paid for their transaction? It would be amazing to have the word "PAID" in bright red letters with a check mark at the top of the opportunity. Please see attached example idea. Thank you!

  5. This would be useful as it would allow the RM to oversee all deals going through their team to ensure the opportunities have the necessary team documentation correct, as well as allow the RM to ensure the offer and commission submission is correct (i.e. splits, etc...) prior to submitting it to the MC for review.

    This would ideally be something the RM would have control of and be a "final check" before submitting the docs and offers to the MC for their approval by the agents on that team.

  6. Inside the Opportunities pipeline I think there should be a "Next", and of course a "Back", button that highlights when the tasks inside the phase are done and upon clicking the "Next" button it will automatically move the opportunity to the next phase/stage of the opportunity. I feel this will be an easier way to move our clients through the pipeline instead of clicking and dragging. This can be an issue when you are working on a smaller screen laptop as I am. Sometimes it gets dropped into the wrong location and you have to go search for it.

  7. When creating a useable template inside of the document section of DocuSign, you currently can not adjust to font size and some of what we want to put in there and save as a template we can't do.

    The work around I was told to do is to go into the esignature part of DocuSign, but when you do that, you then have to add a text box to everything you need to add to a document you would set up as a template, not efficient.

  8. On the back end, when an agent designation changes, they shouldn't need to re-upload all their opportunities in order to be in compliance. There needs to be a way to port them over in their entirety.

  9. At the moment, Non-Listing FB Ad type in Campaigns allows only single image ad. It will be great if multiple images can be advertised in Non-Listing Ad category.

  10. When we're running a Paid Ad campaign in Command, it would be good if we could easily Share the ad results & statistics with our clients. At this time, we can only send a screenshot.

  11. I send my newsletter via campaigns. I get an alert and update in the individuals timeline if someone unsubscribes. It would be wonderful to get an alert and update populated into the individuals timeline once they have opened the email.

  12. Add an option, like how we can track goals and our database health, where we can see our commission capping right on our dashboard. This would make it easier and more motivating for those of us that are incentive driven to see how close we are to capping for the year without having to go inot a previous opportunities "View Commission" tab each time we want to figure out where we are.

  14. We desperately need proper invoicing for international KW Members, such as the Germany Region.

    The current card receipt is non compliant with our accounting laws, therefore we're not allowed to book these and it has negative impact on our taxes.
    And if we do, we risk being reprimanded by tax authorities.

    Please fix this.

    VAT ID

    From you:
    Company Name

    VAT ID
    Invoice #
    Reverse Charge Info (for VAT)

    Basically I've until June to get this figured out, or else I won't be able to file VAT Taxes for…

  15. Add the 'offers' section to the commissions tab just like in buyers/listings. Many applications are submitted for tenants. We are required to log offers just like any other transaction. In addition, several programs require agents to let the case managers know what properties the tenants receiving assistance have applied to. It would be great to export them or be able to screenshot all offers to lease submitted when managing so many applications.

  17. We often have scenarios in probate situations where there are 4 or 5 siblings selling their parents home. DocuSign only pushes 2 of those to the envelope and I have to add the rest.

  18. There is no way to search for duplicate contacts in the lead pool. The database cleanup tool only identifies and allows you to easily merge duplicate contacts in the main database.

    In order to ensure there are not duplicate leads created for existing clients in the database, the lead pool should be included in the duplicate detection and contact merging feature.

  19. It would be great to be able to easily merge similar or redundant lead sources.

    If agents accidentally create a duplicate lead source (i.e., "For Sale By Owner" instead of "FSBO"), the current process to manage lead sources is very cumbersome.

    A multi-step process is required to merge these redundant lead sources. First, all contacts must be manually re-assigned to the correct lead source, one-by-one. Only then, can you delete the duplicate agent created lead source from the system.

  20. Currently we have over 100 system lead sources, some of which are not applicable to many agents' businesses.

    It would be great to be able to hide the system created lead sources from showing up as an option in the pick list when entering a new contact.
