To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

    1. Be able to filter by UNshared contacts

    2 Have a checkmark or field that shows SHARED when viewing contacts

    1. When a contact is shared, there is a note made in the contact like this: "Shared by Joe Smith to Jane Smith and John Smith on 1/1/2020"

  1. It would be nice if you're in CONTACTS and you put a phone number, address, or email address into the SEARCH CONTACTS, command would pull up the contact associated with the phone number, address or email address.

  3. It would be really useful if we could use Kelle/Command Mobile and Command to manage our buyer/tenant showings and to keep notes. Setting up and managing showings can take up a lot of our time and it would be great if we could do so within Command and on the go with Kelle.

    This is just what I had in mind maybe this is a long-term idea but for now if we could just simply have a "showings" in interactions in the contact card and use Kelle to add notes and photos would be a big help.

  4. I would like to see automatic lead routing based on source, price & location with the option to lead route round robin style to a specific group of agents on your team and also have the option for shark tank style lead grabbing of first to claim or first to call.

  6. Now that neighborhood snapshots are added automatically, there is no way to delete the "Primary" neighborhood. But sometimes that primary neighborhood is wrong, so we should be able to delete it. This particular house is nowhere near the Park Ridge - Madison neighborhood, but it doesn't appear possible to delete that neighborhood. Also, when I pull up the snapshot, there are 3 neighborhood showing and not just the 2 that are listed.

  8. Really need to have a column in the CSV file for Unit in the address. Not having Unit separate is causing so many new contact records without the neighborhood attached. I am also concerned that this is resulting in duplicate contact records as future imports might miss catching the existing record since some have the unit in the address field and others have unit in the unit field (because I have manually updated them). Similarly, the address field seems very unforgiving when importing, relating to street designations (example - the CSV has RD, but Command likes Road). The logic in…

  9. We would LOVE to have the ability to automate Social Media Marketing directly from the MLS/IDX. For instance, a new listing of one of our agents hits the market, it feeds into Command and triggers a social media flyer about that listing onto the agent's media platform, based on templates we have chosen

Hi! we have a need/suggestion: on app.miamiprorealtor.com, there is a BRILLIANT buyer & seller guide, in just the right aspect ration, that would be a GODSEND to our agents as the new "Virtual" Listing & Buyer presentation. We have been hard-wired by the 20th Century to use pdf's for EVERYTHING, and even at KW, all of these listing and buyer presentations are pdf's-precisely the WRONG aspect ratio for virtual presentations.   12. One major thing missing in Command is an email campaign similar to the monthly newsletter in eEdge. This would be a campaign that is pre-written by someone else. It would be a plug and play. You set your clients on it once, and it goes out once a month. I have had clients in the past that I lost touch with and they came back to me simply because they received my emails.   14. It would be supper cool if the facebook add lead's facebook profile was automatically added into command!

    We are sending facebook messages to the leads and we are having a hard time figuring out who to message because there are so many people on facebook with the same names. It would be so much easier of it was already in command.

  16. ??RECOMMENDATION for KW Command Programmers...When the lead completes the form to view our FB and IG Ads, could a verification text with a code be created and they enter the code before they are actually added as a Lead?Something to keep the fake leads from coming in.

Our MC is licensed in 2 states, HOWEVER, on our MC website, in the agent roster, only the original state of license pulls in (Licensed in Illinois) when some of our agents are NOT licensed in Illinois. See pictures (Andra is licensed in Illinois and Wisconsin) and Joe is licensed only in Wisconsin. We need to have a way to assign states and multiple licenses.

  19. My other CRM - Firepoint - shows me leads/contacts currently using my website. This is the most amazing thing a crm has ever done for me. It shows me who I need to be reaching out to. Sometimes I'll see a past client/friend I haven't spoken to in awhile using my website, I'll reach out and bam! They're in the market for a home. It also allows me to rate my current prospects motivation. Prospects who are searching for homes daily are #1.
