"Last Contacted" to Include All Communications
Previously, the "last contacted" column reflected all email activity. Recently KW Support told me that is no longer true for all emails, just those from a smart plan as part of a recent change.
So now, the Last Contacted column is not a true reflection of the last contacted activity. It needs to revert back to reflecting all activity.

When adding a note to your contact, the "Last Contacted" section should automatically update to reflect that you created a note / contacted the client. Please connect "notes" to "Last contacted"
