Email and Text Notifications for Saved Search Opens

Would like to have email and text notifications when a lead opens listing alerts and when they browse the my website. Would also like to have email and text alerts when they open any email I send them. Market leader was perfect and very user friendly. We were forced to switch to command too soon. Command is not ready.

    Market Leader sends me texts when a client who receives email alerts from me about properties, clicks on a property to view it. Can we get Command to do this? Sounds simple enough to do. I won't leave Market Leader until Command can add this.

    I had the opportunity to work with a different CRM (Brivity) and it offered the option to send listing alerts and market reports to our clients. I've tried the "save search" option under Command, but my clients are not receiving the emails. Also, is there an opportunity to add more than just one email to the query. I would like to send the listing alerts to both spouses' emails, and me.
