Track Referrals in Opportunities
Allow agents to easily tracker referral information in Opportunities so that they can easily submit the commission information for referral agents.

Referral checks are typically sent with little information other than client and or address. If we had an Opportunity with this information, we would save so much time in hunting down who the referral check is for.

Ideally, this should be linked from the Referrals applet from the agent side. And then the agent can track the transaction from their clients

Please create a way for agents to create an opportunity for referrals, so agents / agent admins are able to submit their own referral commission requests.
We have a LOT of referrals that come into our market center, this would make processing these referral checks so much easier!

Have a field for: Referral? "yes" or "no"
If yes, another field opens up to have the Referring agent's contact information entered so it links to the client, and another field for either $ or %. If there's no referral fee involved, someone can just put 0 (zero). Once an opportunity is created, that information would populate, and the agent could click a toggle to push it to the DA.
This would help keep track of referrals easier so they wouldn't have a chance to get overlooked and missed. This would also be a great way to track where referrals are coming from and where they are going.

Add a referral pipeline to opportunists, that way we can track the referral whether we are referring a client or a listing to another market center or outside agency

Referrals seems to be an abandoned product when it is one of Command's most important products. Referrals should do the following...all VERY easy to implement:
1) include the agent's location in the referral request email so that if we keep those emails we can search our email by location to find them again.
2) include their contact info in the referral request email so we don't have to hunt it down in Command if they didn't include it.
3) upon accepting the referral, send the receiving agent to the referring agent's profile instead of the main page
Those are 3 simple ideas that would make referrals 300% more effective.
Thank you.

When a KW referral is accepted, the information required by Command Commissions isn't on the referral.
* Company Name/DBA
* EIN
* Office/Branch Nickname
* Legal Name
* Address
It would be helpful if all this info was submitted at the time of referral.

Agents often don't know where to send referral agreements for their outgoing referrals. Currently handling referrals in our MC is a mess because we have been unable to create a standard. If we had an additional pipeline for referrals, we would have a location that the agent would upload the agreement with the other agent as well as any other documents that would be necessary for a referral transaction.

It'd be nice to have the ability to add the referral agent into the offers and commissions page so that you only have to fill out one commission demand on your side.

Please either add Referral Agent to the Relationship drop down OR better yet add a new field for Referral Agent to associate a contact for an agent with a client.
The issue with making the Referral Agent in Relationship would of course be confusion about if they are related to the client etc.

It would be helpful if there was a checkbox to create a referral right from the create opportunity screen. This way we'd have continuity of workflow when creating opportunities for a new referral.

Hello, currently I have sent out 4 referrals to agents across the country. They will be working with clients who are buying/selling. I didn't use the referral tools in command to send out the referral. It would be great to have a seperate section in opportunities to track these clients. This referral business will impact my GCI and bottom line. Right now I have them under listing or buyers with a .5% commission. What are your thoughts? Thanks for the consideration. Jessica Longo

We have many inter-KW referrals going around in our Referral section however, there is no way to link those accepted referrals to an opportunity or Commission Request.
Not linking these two areas, are creating missed referrals being sent. Sending agents expect the MC to know about the accepted referrals and expect timely payment however, if the agent does not get the W9 and add the information into their commission request. Things are missed.Agents need a needs way to merge their accepted referrals in Command, into their opportunities and Commission requests!

Since it technically is not a buyer or listing but still an opportunity, it would be nice to have a separate category for referrals. I know they can be tracked in the referrals part of command but only if they are KW, and not all of them are

When a new referral agent is added to your network, that agent should be added to database Contacts for easy communication. This should be done with an "import contact" button, either in the individual's dropdown info or to add the network as a whole.
