Email reports and or text reports to agents when clients are active on app or website
When clients are active on either an agents cons app, website, looking at collections, or saved searches, agent gets an email / text report either daily or weekly of activity. Like how many times someone looks at something, link of what was sent, etc.

We now have a "Most Active" widget that shows activity for Contacts based on the metrics you've mentioned and more! It's on the Dashboard on the desktop application and the Command Mobile app.
