Use MLS for Neighborhoods (Not NextDoor)
I am unable to assign contacts to several neighborhoods that are 5+ years old and well-established in NextDoor. They include Polo Ranch, Fullbrook on Fulshear Creek (see attached), Bryan Crossing, and Pinewood at Grand Texas. I asked help desk how to get neighborhoods updated and they said "there is no two-way connection between NextDoor and Command. We were able to pull neighborhood data from their site once, but have not been allowed to pull any updated data since. If the neighborhood in question is incorrect on Command or kw.com (http://kw.com/) , agent sites, and the KW app, the data cannot be corrected on our end."
This was disappointing to hear. The smart plans for neighborhood Market watch is such a basic entry level piece to a real estate business and the fact that we are connected to virtually all the MLS in the U.S makes me question why we did a 1 time neighborhood pull from NextDoor vs continual pulls from MLS like boomtown, zillow etc does. Gary always says not to reinvent the wheel, copy genius and so much of our tech has been spent inventing. Our tech was stated to be in baby stages and babies shouldn't be running businesses and I know we can do better in the basics like market touches so we don't have to outsource touches to a CRM.

We should be taking data from the FMLS, not from an unrelated third party app. That makes no sense. We have the data! Why can't we use it??

This "idea" was sent 2 years ago. Why can't it be fixed?

that is just an absolutely ridiculous answer. why and how kw tech has not fixed this issue of neighborhoods after all this time is ridiculous and shameful. it makes absolutely no sense at all. why kw tech is even allowed to get away with providing an answer like that is a joke.

Our board, the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board provides us with Neighborhoods maps, Area's and Sub Area's. Would we be able to use Data directly from the boards that have neighbourhood maps and integrate those maps into sites and the app so it's locally more accurate and relevant?
