Ability to Modify Layout of Contact Card
People want to see different contact information when you pull up a contact in Command. My experience developing applications & UI has always been a best practice to have as few clicks or physical interaction/navigation as possible.
To minimize scrolling and see what each agent values as pertinent contact information when the contact is displayed, we should be able to modify the layout of the information on a contact card. For instance, the address is not in view nor is the 'About' section. We should be able to organize the subsections in a contact card.
Further, there is a significant amount of 'wasted white space' which also could be eliminated to present more information on the initial view of the contact. It would be nice to have an interface where we can not only arrange the sections but also toggle on/off the fields we desire to have displayed for our contacts and ideally be able to drag and drop the location of fields in the groups to have what we want to see where we like to see it.

allow us to organize in what order the contact info comes up or at least put the contact info that has to do with the health score first. Also, make it easier to tab through contact info for quick entry. Too many clicks right now.

Having the option to relocate the position of your Custom Field on the Contact Card so we can visually see it at the top with all pertinent information like the number, email etc OR wherever one chooses.

When viewing a single client, it would be great to edit how the widgets appear either permanently for all KW users, or editable by user. We have added custom data that would be helpful to see under the phone number and not need to scroll to next page. along with that it would be great to tighten up the white space overall. so we can potentially view more info on first screen. We don't need to see health score of client, who owns clients & neighborhood snapshot which takes up so much of the first screen and is not what is typically needed the most to see. Those could be last and some of the more important fields moved up so you don't have to scroll down for that key info. Thanks
