Edit the 'Notes' Associated with an Activity
When adding an activity for a contact, you are able to add your notes associated with that call, text, mailing, etc. However, you cannot edit those notes once the activity is saved. So if you make a mistake you cannot undo it.

The ability to edit and remove Activities logged under a Contact’s name would be very helpful! If a mistake is made there is no way to correct it.

And… Sometimes text is the best place to start off with certain clients. After I send the text, I want to IMMEDIATELY log it into Command so that I don’t forget. But if the client doesn’t text back immediately, I need to write in my Activity (Text) something like, Client did not immediately reply. Then, if he replies 15 min later, I’d like to edit that previous Activity (Text) instead of making a new one. (If we text back and forth a couple times that day, it shouldn’t seem like multiple Activities happened. And too many entries fills up the Timeline with way too much clutter!)
