I am new to KW and being able to do property listings by neighborhoods is critical. It is something I had at my last company and I can't believe that KW's version of this doesn't handle it correctly. The primary neighborhoods that I do business in Florida both have incorrect boundaries and need to be updated. What I am noticing is that any neighborhoods that have a lot of new construction are not defined correctly. If updating them by hand is going to be too difficult to maintain, then as a few of the comments have suggested, allow us to use the free form area on the map to define our own neighborhoods for our customers. Like the custom search functionality.

I would love to be able to draw a free form area to use as the "neighborhood" that clients are interested in.

This is critical. I am trying to farm a particular small, but pricey neighborhood that I am getting traction in. And the neighborhood boundaries are not correct so I cannot accurately send them neighborhood nurtures. II inquired about this issue over a year ago. Can we please get this fixed ASAP. The community is called The Dunes of Naples. The community consists of 7 high-rises and 10 low-rise buildings. The building addresses are: (300 Dunes Blvd, 315 Dunes Blvd, 325 Dunes Blvd, 285 Grande Way, 295 Grande Way, 265 Indies Way, 275 Indies Way, 320 Grove Ct, 330 Grove Ct, 345 Sea Grove Ln, 355 Sea Grove Ln, 365 Sea Grove Ln, 375 Sea Grove Ln, 385 Sea Grove Ln, 395 Sea Grove Ln, 405 Sea Grove Ln, 415 Sea Grove Ln.) Even the ability to customize an area for largely populated areas would be great. We have clients that love the focused neighborhood nurture smartplans but they are requesting to also see the broader view for the whole city in places like Alexandria, VA and Baltimore, MD.

This is an especially critical item to update. In Utah, the app "Neighborhoods" is set up by whoever gets to it first. Any person can designate any size area as a "neigborhood" We have often neighborhoods set up by a specific denomination's church boundries (called wards) and blocks, some that are so tiny as to not be useful. We need to be able to draw a map like we can for listing alerts. Sorry to say, it needs to be more like Brivity guys. I REALLY want Command to be useful to me and my clients.

NJ is such a tight market currently, there should be an option to add an entire town rather than adding neighborhoods in snippets

Please either allow agents to manually update neighborhood boundaries for their individual websites or create a better system for neighborhoods. I have a PDF with corrections for Towne Lake in Woodstock, GA that I cannot post here and Support said this is the only spot for me to submit neighborhood updates. My ticket # is 1059886 if you would like to follow up with the corrections.

We should be taking data from the FMLS, not from an unrelated third party app. That makes no sense. We have the data! Why can't we use it??

This "idea" was sent 2 years ago. Why can't it be fixed?

Nextdoor was a great start. I used to be a moderator for our neighborhood on NextDoor. It’s was a crazy experience. So much petty discussion and no real way to modify the neighborhood. We are the experts and know our neighborhoods. How do we figure out a way to set the parameters of those neighborhoods?

I asked help desk how to get neighborhoods updated and they said "there is no two-way connection between NextDoor and Command. We were able to pull neighborhood data from their site once, but have not been allowed to pull any updated data since. If the neighborhood in question is incorrect on Command or kw.com (http://kw.com/) , agent sites, and the KW app, the data cannot be corrected on our end."

that is just an absolutely ridiculous answer. why and how kw tech has not fixed this issue of neighborhoods after all this time is ridiculous and shameful. it makes absolutely no sense at all. why kw tech is even allowed to get away with providing an answer like that is a joke.

I cannot add this feature to so many of my contacts because their neighborhood is not available and I LOVE this feature. It's one of the best smartplans that are offered. I just need it to work. Thank you for your consideration.

Greetings, I am from Keller Williams Sanjuan, Puerto Rico. observing the neighbors area tab in the contacts area. I am trying to classify clients by county or municipality in Puerto Rico, there are 78 of them, however the system does not let me do it. I know that in addition to the counties or municipalities there are the neighborhoods or areas within them, however for us here in Puerto Rico it would be easier by municipalities. If this update is possible, we would also appreciate it. Thus, when making smartplans, among others, we can take a specific area. Puerto Rico is not a very large island, it is easy to classify that way.

in some rural areas there are no neighbourhoods, allowing us to set a radius from the home address would allow us to set them on neighbourhood nurture!

It would be awesome to have the ability to draw custom boundaries for neighborhoods in Command as some towns do not have neighborhoods associated with them.

Command has a pretty comprehensive neighborhood/city list to add to our contacts Smartplans. We are running into missing neighborhoods and citys, especially less populated areas, leaving out clients looking in these spots.
