allow custom smart plan to use birthday information from a Contact’s details

Please allow my custom smart plan auto start on the birthday or home anniversary in their contact info. I do not want to use the KW template and its very time consuming to add each person individually to my custom smart plan every year... thank you

    I can't believe that the only SmartPlan that works based on the contact birthday is the one created by KW. If I want to create my own custom plan I have to do it manually. Please fix this.

    This is VERY important! The KW Birthday Smartplan is very dry. The text just says "Happy Birthday" which is an issue because most clients dont have our Twilio numbers saved which prompts them to ask "Who is this?". It would be nice for us to add our own message and let the contact/client know who the message is coming from.

    A custom email SmartPlan with a birth date trigger would be so helpful. It's another great way to reach our database, and they already love the birthday cards we send them!

    If this update will truly help us connect with our DB using their birthday information, that would be fantastic! My DB reacts well to the birthday cards I send with the $1 scratch off lotto tix.

    Yes!! The current Birthday template from KW only allows a text automation but many of our agents would love for an automatic email to be sent out on a client's birthday.

    An custom email smartplan with a birthdate trigger would be SO HELPFUL!! :)
