email campaigns adding archived contacts
When you create am email list for an email campaign, you can load all the contacts from you database for that list you are creating. This system is ALSO pulling archived contacts into that email list. If you select all to add to your email campaign you are including archived contacts in that list. The system will see those archived contacts, to the list but will not send emails to them due to being in the contact archive. I would love for the system to just not add any archived contacts to any campaign including email campaigns. There is a reason they are in the contact archive, we are not actively marketing to those individuals and they should be included in any campaign.

I've seen the issue when creating email lists and using a tag to search contacts, miss some contacts who have a the tag being searched and not showing up. Seems to only happen within the email list creation.
